Experience
Years of experience: 6. Registered at ProZ.com: Aug 2019.
A native speaker originally from Albania: born and grew up there; educated and gained the knowledge of the culture and traditions of my homeland, which always will be part of my life. immigrated in 2000 to Greece, where I easily adapted to the Greek lifestyle by learning their language (fluently), their culture and their traditions over the 12 years whilst living and working there, not for long as an immigrant, but as a Greek citizen officially. Greece has become my second homeland. Now living and working in the UK for more than 7 years in the Fashion Industry as a Clothes Designer. Where I continued learning another language( English), the culture and traditions of another country(UK). Therefore, I surely can say that the UK has become a welcoming home for me and for my family. Finding myself often as “an interpreter” helping people to communicate, I believe is a good opportunity for me to see the translation field as a future and a long career. Currently, I am studying at the Open University however I would be interested in general and medical field translation. I am here to help and be your asset from English to Albanian and reverse.
Keywords: Foreign language skills, knowledge of English language and Greek (fluently). Translation of documents, brochures, magazines, leaflets and broadsheet.
Interpreter(conversationally) in medical field and educational from Albanian into English, Greek and reverse.
