Es esencial empaparnos de estas emociones para generar un contrapeso a la violencia que, en exceso, disminuye nuestra empatía y flexibilidad. Cuanto más cultivemos el amor y la paciencia, menos espacio habrá para la violencia en nuestras vidas.
Translation - Spanish When we give space to all those qualities that sustain us, such as love, patience, respect, acceptance, flexibility, and joy, we get to create a loving balance within ourselves. It’s key to fill ourselves with these emotions to counterbalance the violence that, when out of hand, makes us less empathetic and flexible. The more seeds of love and patience we plant, the less space there will be for the weeds of violence to sprout in our lives.
