Source text - English I’ll tell you a story about freaks that you’ll surely relate to! Perhaps you’ll even find that we aren’t very different.
Before the Ash Curse came, the Outcasts were the most feared gang of brigands. The world despised them, and they repaid it with twice the hatred. They robbed and killed the rich and the poor alike. The gang was unstoppable.
Corrupted by wealth, fortune, and impunity, the Outcasts descended into madness. They now wished for an artifact granting unmatched power—the Ash Box. They embarked into the Valley of Death to recover the Box. And atop the Valley’s peak, they’ve found its owner.
Lady Death: “Leave me be and you may have the Box,” she said.
A reward without a fight; surely the fools agreed. However, none of them wanted to share the prize. Their strength and madness matched exactly, and they were sure to kill each other. But one tiny thing broke the balance. The most pathetic of the Outcasts, the weakling, grabbed the Ash Box: “I shall have the power!”
But he couldn’t handle it. The Box slipped out of his hands and broke into pieces. The cloud of ashes arose corrupting every being, defiling air and soil. But most of all, corrupting the Outcasts. Each in their own way, they paid the price for their hubris. That is the world we live in. And until the Curse is lifted, we are all freaks, sir.
Well, well, so you call us freaks, bard?! You are yet to see the worst of us. Let’s show him, fellas!
Porém, nenhum deles queria dividir a recompensa.
Vamos mostrar pra ele, pessoal!

Source text - English That was fasteroid!
Looks like you are on (a)steroids!
Whew! That was luna-tic!
Onwards and upwards!
Objects in space should not be taken lightly.
Hey, no pressure!
That meteor shower cleaned you out?
Hey big guy, Sun’s getting real low.
That one made me see stars!
You Hungry? Go get yourself a mars-bar.
That Martian knock you out?
You need some space to get this right?
Try to understand the gravity of the situation.
What happens in black holes stays in black holes.
You are a proper astro-nut.
Becoming a space pilot requires a good altitude.
You in space? Finesse!
Go read some Comet-Books.
That score is astronomical!
That was stellar!
Woohhoo! That was out of this world!
Nossa! Essa foi luná-tica!
Para o alto e avante!
No espaço, o peso da responsabilidade é outro.
Ei, segura a onda!
Tomou de lavada pra chuva de meteoros, hein?
Ei, grandão, o sol tá baixando.
Essa me deixou vendo estrelas!
Você no espaço? Que beleza!
Leia um livro com-metas sobre o espaço.
Essa pontuação foi astronômica!
Essa foi brilhante!
Uhuul! Cara, essa foi de outro mundo!

Source text - English A soldier came marching along the highway: left, right! left, right! He had his knapsack on his back and a sword at his side, for he had been out fighting a war, and now he was on his way home.
Out on the highway he came across an old witch – she was horribly ugly, her lower lip hung right down on her chest. She said: ‘Good evening, soldier! What a fine sword and a large knapsack you have, you’re a real soldier! And now you’re going to have as much money as you want to own!’
‘Thank you, you old witch!’ the soldier said.
‘Can you see that big tree?’ the witch said, pointing at a tree that stood next to them. ‘It’s completely hollow inside!
You’re to clamber up to the top of it and there you’ll see a hole you can let yourself slide down through and get deep inside the tree! I’ll bind a rope round your waist, for then I can haul you up when you give me a shout!’
‘What am I supposed to do down in the tree?’ the soldier asked.
‘Fetch money!’ the witch said, ‘now when you get down to the bottom of the tree, you’ll find yourself in a large hallway that is quite bright, for more than a hundred lamps burn there. Then you will see three doors, you can open them, the keys are in the locks.
When you enter the first room, you’ll see a large chest in the middle of the floor with a dog sitting on top; it’s got eyes the size of saucers, but don’t you worry about that!
I’ll give you my blue-checked apron, you can spread it out on the floor – then go over quickly and pick up the dog, place him on the apron, open the chest and take as many coins as you like.
They are all made of copper, but if you would rather have silver coins, you must go into the next room, but the dog sitting there has a pair of eyes that are as big as mill-wheels, but don’t you worry about that, place him on my apron and help yourself to the money!
Translation - Portuguese Estrada afora, veio um soldado marchando: esquerda, direita, esquerda, direita!
– perguntou o soldado.
– Ora, buscar dinheiro! – respondeu a bruxa.
Coloque no cachorro no avental e aproveite o dinheiro!
