Bio

I am a professional translator, editor, proofreader and content writer. Having an experience of more than 7 years, I have been working with lots of international an local translation agencies and organizations in different field of expertise. Recently, I have translated the best selling book of Rick Warren entitled "Purpose Driven Life" in to Oromo Language. I am very professional and keen to meet deadline in executing my career.

I have MA Degree in Journalism and Communication from Addis Ababa University and BA Degree in English Language. I have earned numerous short courses and trainings in different fields of education and earned lots of certificates. I have also worked with different government and non-government organizations as a journalist, communication specialist, information officer and evidence translation.

Currently, I am working with Eastern African Standby Force, which is based in Nairobi, as Information and Liaison Officer: advocating for peace in Eastern Africa and beyond, cooperating with AU and regional Economic Communities such as IGAD, ECOWAS, and others.
