Source text - Arabic بعدَ استعراضِ بعضِ التعاريف وأنواع التدقيق في الشرائح Slides السابقة، أودُّ أن أُشير هنا إلى أنني سأقوم باستخدام وتوظيف التدقيق التنظيمي Organization Audit، والذي يعتبر أحد أنواع التدقيق التي تُستخدم لمعرفة ثقافة البحث العلمي Research Culture في الشركة، وذلك من خلال البحث عن أفضل Framework لهذه العملية في البحوث العلمية وأفضل الممارسات المتاحة. التحدي هنا هو مشكلة أنه لا يوجد Framework ثابت يُمكن العمل به أو اعتباره كنموذجٍ موحد لعملية التدقيق Auditing، ولكن يبقى بالإمكان إجراء تغييرات على النموذج بحيث يتناسب مع الهدف والحاجة من التدقيق.
تم اختيار هذا النموذج Framework الحالي بعدَ مراجعةِ عددٍ من المقالات الأكاديمية والكتب المتعلقة بالتدقيق. خلال البحث تمكنت من إيجاد نماذجَ عديدةٍ ومختلفةٍ، ولكن ما يميز هذا النموذج هو التسلسل المنطقي والواضح لمراحل التدقيق، والذي يتضمن (التخطيط، ومن ثم جمع المعلومات، وبعدها التحليل، وأخيراً الاستنتاج). من خلال هذه المراحل يُمكن تقسيم عملية التدقيق إلى أربعةِ أقسامٍ رئيسية متسلسلة كما هو مبين في الرسم Diagram. بشكلٍ عام، هذا النموذج مشابهٌ للنماذج التي تتم من خلالها عملية حل مشاكل Problem Solving Process، وقد أثبت فعاليته.
Translation - English After reviewing the definitions and types of auditing mentioned in the previous slides, now I would like to point out that I am going to use and apply the "Organizational Audit". The organizational audit is a type of auditing used to explore the 'Research Culture' in a company through exploring relevant scientific researches and consulting best practices in order to come up with an ideal framework for the process. The challenge here is that no fixed framework can be used or considered as a standard. However, changes are required to be made to the framework in order to make it fit the specific audit aim and needs.
The current framework has been selected after reviewing a number of academic articles and audit-related books. Many different frameworks were found through the research, but what distinguishes this one is the clear, logical sequence of the audit stages, which includes planning, data collection, analysis, and conclusion. Through these stages, the audit process can be divided into four main successive sections as shown in the Diagram. In general, this framework resembles the frameworks used for Problem Solving, and has proven effective.
