Source text - English We’ve been taught that once you’ve got a good idea, and you’re convinced it’s a good idea, then it’s just a matter of presenting it in a clear and logical way, and a reasonable group of people will see it.
That takes care of that.
The reality is that we’re presenting it to human beings, who have anxieties, contrary opinions, and a constant fear of what any interaction might do to their standing in the group.
And then stack on top of that a basic skepticism about new ideas.
In the work that led to our new book, Lorne Whitehead and I found that there is a set—more than two or three, but not 100 of generic, recognizable ways that people express those feelings, and the basic effect is that it comes out as an attack.
Even if your idea’s great and the logic is clear in your head, these attacks are tricky, and so the whole project goes off track and the idea doesn’t get the support it needs.
It dies off.
This happens all the time.
How big a deal is this?
Is it a real threat to new ideas in organizations?
Yes, but the issue goes far beyond large-scale change, far beyond executives.
That’s where I started looking, and I’ve done three or four research projects over the years that have shown a common pattern of how large-scale change works in organizations.
One of the pieces has to do with helping people to communicate, bringing them around to support your vision, your strategy, your plan—and, in a smaller sense, just your idea.
The evidence overwhelmingly shows that this is a big deal and that we’re not very good at it.
As we dug deeper and deeper, what became obvious is that getting buy-in for good ideas is a basic human issue; it’s a life skill.

: Même si votre idée est géniale et que la logique est claire et précise en votre esprit, ces crises sont délicates, et donc tout le projet s'écarte du droit chemin et l'idée n'obtient pas le soutien escompté.
Elle tombe aux oubliettes.
Cela se fait sans cesse.
Quel en est le véritable problème ?
S'agit-il d'une menace réelle pour les idées novatrices dans les organisations ?
Oui, mais le problème va bien au-delà des changements à grande échelle, bien au-delà de l'éxécutif
C'est là que j'ai commencé à chercher, et j'ai mis sur pied trois ou quatre projets de recherche au fil des ans qui ont montré un modèle commun de la façon dont le changement à grande échelle s'opère dans les organisations
L'une des pistes, consiste à aider les gens à communiquer, les amener à soutenir votre vision, votre stratégie, votre projet et, dans un sens restreint, votre idée.
L’évidence montre extraordinairement qu’il s’agit d’une grande affaire et que nous n’y sommes pas assez compétents. Au fur et à mesure que nous avons creusé davantage, il est devenu évident que l'adhésion aux bonnes idées est une question humaine fondamentale ; c'est une aptitude à la vie quotidienne.

Source text - French En Turquie, les entreprises sont plus importantes que les consommateurs. La productibilité est plus importante que les demandes et les besoins des consommateurs.
Bien que le consommateur turc ait des traits relativement friands, novateurs, individuels, indépendants et libéraux en matière de consommation, des obstacles liés à l'infrastructure et au revenu ont limité la consommation.
En Turquie, la politique de tarification et de stratégie axée sur le profit est appliquée.
En termes de la politique de distribution, la Turquie ne dispose pas des experts et d’un réseau solide et intégré de distribution sur les marchés étrangers. La distribution sur le marché intérieur repose sur le fait qu’il existe un distributeur général autre que le fabricant, ce qui signifie que les marchandises sont données à des franchises privilégiées sur la base de la seule marque créée sur la base de la ville et de la région.
Les entreprises turques font des publicités spéciales pour augmenter les demandes pour la marque. C'est une façon pour obtenir plus de part gâteau existant. Étant donné que la concurrence ne repose pas sur la suppression des concurrents sur le marché intérieur et que les budgets publicitaires sont limités, les publicités ne sont rien de plus que le rappel ou l’information d’une caractéristique différenciée. Turkey, having experienced the dense opening to the outside particularly in the years 1980's, has undergone significant changes in the economic, social and cultural fields. The increase in foreign trade (exports and imports), the trend towards the use of new technologies in production, the search for "quality" by consumers, the use of sophisticated means of communication and the evolution of life have led to significant changes and developments in our country.
