What is an e-visa?
An e-visa (or electronic visa) is an alternative to normal visas. The process of applying and obtaining an e-visa is much easier, faster, and cheaper than the non-electronic alternative. The entire application process is done online, via the official website of the XXXn Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Unlike an ordinary tourist visa, you do not need an invitation letter or a hotel confirmation to be able to apply for an e-visa. Because of this simplicity, the e-visa has more restrictions, which I’ll describe in detail below.
Depending on the purpose of your trip, the intended duration of your stay in XXX, and other factors, the e-visa may not suit your requirements. For example, if you want to spend 15 days in XXX, visiting XXXXX, an e-visa won’t work for you because of its restrictions. By the end of this article, you’ll have an idea of whether this type of visa is viable for you.
Where can I enter XXX with an e-visa?
The e-visa can be used for entering and leaving the XXXn Federation at the following checkpoints, at the national border of the XXXn Federation in the XXXXXX:

What are the restrictions?
Due to the ease of application, the e-visa has some restrictions that might be relevant for you, depending on the purpose of your trip.
Time restriction
The e-visa is a single-entry visa, issued for 30 calendar days from the date of its creation. The permitted stay in the XXXn Federation with an e-visa is up to 8 days starting from the date of entry, within its validity period. E-visa validity and/or the permitted stay under it cannot be extended.
ATTENTION! The permitted duration of stay in the XXXn Federation of up to 8 days under an e-visa doesn’t mean you can stay for the entire 192 hours (24 hours multiplied by 8). The period of stay in the XXXn Federation always starts at midnight of the day of passage through passport control upon entry, regardless of the actual time of passage through passport control. For example, if you have an e-visa valid from July 15 to August 13 and you pass through passport control upon entry at 8:00 pm on August 1, a Monday. In that case, you need to pass through passport control upon exit by 11:59 pm on August 8, Monday (rather than 8:00 pm on August 9, Tuesday). You should also note that if you passed through passport control upon entry, for instance, on August 10 with the e-visa mentioned in the example above, you need to pass through passport control upon exit by 11:59 pm on August 13, i.e. when the e-visa expires.
If you need to stay in XXX for more than 8 days, you can apply for a tourist visa, which allows you to stay for up to 30 days. If you plan to stay in XXX for longer than 30 days, you can apply for a business visa – it allows you to stay for up to one year.
Visit purpose restrictions
E-visas can only be from the following categories: ordinary business visa (purpose of the journey is business), ordinary tourist visa (purpose of the journey is tourism), and ordinary humanitarian visa (purposes of the journey are sports, cultural, scientific and technological ties).
If the purpose of your journey to the XXXn Federation does not correspond to any of the above, you should apply for a traditional (non-electronic) visa at a diplomatic mission or consular office of the XXXn Federation.
Movement restrictions
This restriction is usually the most inconvenient for visitors to XXX. If you decided to enter one of the regions allowed with an e-visa, you can only stay in that region.
For example, if you enter XXXXX with an e-visa, you can only stay in the XXX Oblast (region). This means you are NOT ALLOWED to visit XXX, XXX, or any other city or region besides the region you got your e-visa for. Besides this, foreign citizens are only allowed to leave XXX via the checkpoints that they entered the country through. This means that, if you entered XXX through the XXX air border checkpoint, you can’t leave through an automobile border checkpoint, to visit Poland for example.
As the e-visa doesn’t currently allow you to visit other cities and regions besides XXX and the Far East, you will have to apply for a tourist or a business visa in order to be able to visit XXX, XXXor any other cities.
Medical Insurance
Foreign citizens who have arrived in the XXXn Federation with e-visas are required to have medical insurance valid in the XXXn Federation’s territory for the entire period of their stay.

Quali sono le restrizioni?
A causa della facilità d’applicazione, l’eVisa ha alcune restrizioni che potrebbero essere rilevanti, a seconda dello scopo del vostro viaggio.
Restrizione di tempo
L’eVisa è un visto di ingresso individuale, rilasciato per 30 giorni naturali dalla data di emissione. Il soggiorno consentito nella Federazione XXX con un’eVisa è fino a otto giorni a partire dalla data di ingresso, entro il periodo di validità. La validità dell’eVisa e/o il soggiorno consentito non può essere dilatato.
Attenzione! La durata consentita di soggiorno nella Federazione XXX fino a 8 giorni con un’eVisa non implica che potete rimanere per tutte le 192 ore (24 ore moltiplicate per 8). Il periodo di permanenza nella Federazione XXX inizia sempre a mezzanotte del giorno di passaggio del controllo passaporti al momento dell'ingresso, indipendentemente dall'ora effettiva del controllo passaporti. Ad esempio, se avete un’eVisa valida dal 15 luglio al 13 agosto e passate il controllo passaporti al momento dell'ingresso alle 20:00 del 1° agosto, un lunedì, in tal caso dovete passare il controllo passaporti all'uscita entro le 23:59 del lunedì 8 agosto (piuttosto che alle 20:00 del 9 agosto, martedì). Le miocarditi acute dopo vaccinazione sono eventi avversi rari
e già descritti in letteratura prevalentemente in associazione al
vaccino per il virus del vaiolo1; non figurano però nello studio
di sicurezza del vaccino a mRNA BNT162b2 Pfizer-BioNTech
per SARS-CoV-2, a differenza di altri eventi cardiovascolari2.
Con il procedere della campagna vaccinale internazionale, vi
sono state numerose segnalazioni di casi di miocardite acuta
in stretta correlazione temporale con la somministrazione
di vaccini Pfizer e Moderna in adolescenti e giovani adulti di
sesso maschile3,4, e alcuni report statunitensi e israeliani suggeriscono
un’aumentata incidenza di miocarditi post-vaccinali
rispetto all’atteso in tale popolazione5,6.
CASO CLINICO
Un uomo di 20 anni senza precedenti cardiologici e anamnestici
di rilievo accedeva in Pronto Soccorso per dolore toracico
ingravescente associato a cefalea, febbricola e malessere diffuso,
2 giorni dopo la somministrazione della seconda dose di
vaccino a mRNA Pfizer. La prima dose era stata somministrata

The first dose was delivered 21 days earlier without adverse reactions.
The patient had no family history of cardiovascular or autoimmune diseases, denied gastrointestinal or respiratory symptoms in the preceding weeks and contact with positive persons for SARS-CoV-2.

En las zonas comunes de la comunidad de propietarios sita en C/ Lago de Como, número 2, en XXX, siendo las once horas y cinco minutos del siete de Diciembre de dos mil veinte, se reúnen los propietarios del edificio, en segunda convocatoria, debidamente convocados en tiempo y forma por orden del sr. Presidente de la Comunidad, Preside la reunión D. XXX y actúa de Secretario el Administrador de Fincas Colegiado D. XXX. Asisten a la reunión los propietarios que a continuación se indican: CUADRO Constituida la Junta General Extraordinaria, con una cuota presente y representada del 77,563%, se procede al desarrollo de la misma. Apertura de la sesión por parte del presidente D. XXX. El presidente da la bienvenida a todos los asistentes. El presidente realiza una breve introducción y menciona que solo los propietarios y/o los representantes de los mismos están invitados. Tras esta introducción se procede al desarrollo de ésta con arreglo al Orden del Día previsto.
1. Defectos constructivos en las zonas comunes, estudio de la situación, aprobación si procede de la reclamación al promotor y a todos los implicados que correspondan, otorgando poder de representación a abogado y procurador. Acuerdos a adoptar.
Se entabla conversación por todas las partes, debido a que el Promotor está presente como propietario, ya que es propietario de una vivienda en la comunidad.
Se explica por parte del presidente que ya se había tratado el tema anteriormente, y que además en la junta del 20 de Octubre de 2020, se acordó que un arquitecto viniese a visitar el residencial y comprobar el estado de las zonas comunitarias, puesto en contacto con un Arquitecto se indica que es conveniente consultar también con un abogado, algo que ya ha realizado la junta directiva, por este motivo y tras un amplio debate, se indica que antes de realizar una reclamación judicial se realice el informe del arquitecto y se contacte con un abogado para realizar el estudio previo a la reclamación, el presupuesto del que se dispone en este momento es de 3150€ más el IVA correspondiente, por lo que se propone que se realice el informe por parte del arquitecto y con un abogado (despacho XXX) que asesore a tal efecto, en el presupuesto está incluido el contacto por parte del abogado hacia la promotora XXX SL, con la intención de encontrar una solución.
Esto se llevará a cabo en el caso en que la votación sea favorable, y también tras el abono de las cantidades tendremos acceso al informe del Arquitecto.
Tras el informe del arquitecto se comunicará a la promotora, el listado de defectos a reparar, junto con el presupuesto. Se le dará a XXX tiempo suficiente para el estudio del informe, pero el plazo será fijado por el abogado
Tras esta explicación y proposición por parte del presidente, se abre un amplio debate, se trata acerca de la carta que la propietaria XXX que fue enviada a todos los propietarios, tras esto se produjo una discusión que fue interrumpida por el abogado de la Promotora en varias ocasiones realizando sus comentarios al respecto, se explicó que está claro que hay que pagar antes de que se pueda presentar el informe.
Desde la promotora se indica que el informe debe de ser discutido únicamente con el arquitecto que no es necesario contratar un abogado y aumentar los gastos, pero se contesta que debido a la situación es conveniente tener el consejo del abogado a fin de conocer plazos y como se ha de actuar conforme a la legislación española.
Durante la conversación el abogado de la promotora, el cual se ha presentado al inicio de la junta, junto con el representante de la promotora XXX, requiere que conste y se adjunte al acta la advertencia indicando a los propietarios que quieren emprender acciones legales, que quiere que se indique y advierte que es posible que todas las acciones contra la promotora estén prescritas y por eso no es necesario que se contrate un abogado.

After this, there was a discussion that was interrupted by the lawyer of the Promoter on several occasions, making his comments on the matter. Finally, it was explained that you must pay before the report can be presented.
From the Promoter, it is indicated that the report should be discussed only with the Architect and that it is not necessary to hire a lawyer and increase expenses, but it is answered that due to the situation, it is convenient to have the advice of the lawyer to know deadlines and how the community must act under the Spanish law.
During the conversation, the Promoter’s lawyer, who appeared at the beginning of the meeting, along with the Promoter’s representative XXX, requires that the warning stating that the owners want to take legal action to be recorded and attached the minutes. He also says that he wants it to be warned and claims that all actions against the Promoter may be prescribed and, therefore, it is not necessary to hire a lawyer.

As a professional linguist with over twenty years of experience, I specialize in translating, editing, and revising academic texts for publication in specialized journals, conference presentations, and other modes of dissemination. I am also trained in translating manuals, forms, and informational brochures for hospital use, with a focus on assisted fertilization. In addition to my experience in construction, promoters, and real estate agencies, I have taken advantage of the official Master of English and Spanish for specific purposes of the University of Alicante to update my knowledge and set up as a freelancer during the pandemic. I have also worked extensively on legal translations, including deeds, powers of attorney, wills, and contracts.
