My name is Christina Muigg, I am a professional freelance translator and conference interpreter for German (native), Italian, English and Russian.

I have a Master's Degree in Translation Studies and I've been working in the field for over 8 years now. Since 2017 I've started out as a full-time freelance translator and interpreter.

Since I'm based in Innsbruck (Austria), close to the Italian and German border, I'm in a very strategic position to travel all over Austria, Germany and Italy for interpreting jobs.

My main fields of specialisation are Marketing & Transcreation, Tourism & Travel, Arts & Culture, International Development & NGOs - just to name a few.

As a conference interpreter I'm used to quickly getting familiar with new terminology and jargon which very much comes in handy when translating as well.
