Bio
Hello, I am Ambra Cavallaro. am an editorial, web content and audiovisual content translator, as well as a copywriter and content writer. I subtitle movies and TV programs and translate adaptations and non-fiction, blog posts, eCommerce texts, texts for marketing, fashion, tourism, press releases, and of course I am also well versed in SEO optimization, creating original written content and editing.
I was born in Rome in 1987 and have lived in Berlin since 2008. I studied Cross-Language Communication at the University of Rome "Sapienza" and Media Science at the Technische Universität in Berlin. I also completed a Master in Audiovisual Translation at SSML San Domenico in Rome.
I have been working as a translator and copywriter since 2015, and in 2019 I joined the incredible world of publishing and subtitling. My working languages are English, German and Italian.
I am passionate about music and writing, so it's no surprise that I also write articles about current affairs and culture for several online magazines.
