Shaheen Asmayee and De Maiwand Atalan to meet in the final game of Afghanistan’s most exciting and biggest event to date
Kabul, August 28th 2016 – The Roshan Afghan Premier League (RAPL) kicked off its 2016 Championship tournament at the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) stadium on Thursday, August 25th 2016.
Eight teams representing all 34 provinces in Afghanistan competed against each other in the group stage of the tournament, with Shaheen Asmayee, Simorgh Alborz, Mawj Hai Amu and De Maiwand Atalan advancing to the Semi-finals.
Afghan football fans were enthralled by hard fought and outstanding playing from all qualifying teams. Shaheen Asmayee and De Maiwand Atalan emerged victorious from the Semi-finals and will
face-off in the final match of the RAPL 2016 Championship. The two finalists will compete for the Championship cup on Friday, September 30th 2016, with the opening whistle scheduled for 3pm local time, following a women’s friendly match in the morning on the final day of RAPL 2016 season. RAPL has allocated cash prizes for the winner, runner-up, third and forth positioned teams of the RAPL 2016 Championship tournament.
An estimated 57% of all Afghans (at least 18.6 million viewers) in the country, as well as Afghans around the world (via the RAPL’s YouTube channel), will watch the 2016 Championship match between Shaheen Asmayee and De Maiwand Atalan.
“In four seasons, we have focused on young and new players who have been recruited in the eight RAPL teams. AFF coaches and technical team have been working with these young players to prepare them for the 2016 season matches. Our pre-season program was also different in Season 5 compared to the past seasons. All teams started their training session with 26 players in their squads. The assistant-coaches who are assigned are also younger compared to the previous seasons,” remarked Mr. Keramuddin Karim, President of AFF.

کابل، 7 میزان 1395 – لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن1395 ، تورنمنت قهرمانی خویش را در ورزشگاه فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان روز پنج شنبه، 4 سنبله 1395، آغاز کرد.
8 تیم به نمایندگی از 34 ولایت افغانستان در مرحله گروهی این تورنمنت با هم به رقابت پرداختند که در پایان این مرحله 4 تیم شاهین آسمایی، سیمرغ البرز، موج‌های آمو، و دمیوند اتلان، به مرحله نیمه‌نهایی صعود کردند. علاقه‌مندان به فوتبال از سخت‌کوشی و عملکرد عالی تمام تیم‌ها شگفت زده شدند. دو نماینده پایتخت و حوزه جنوب، شاهین آسمایی و دمیوند اتلان، تیم‌های پیروز در مرحله نیمه‌نهایی بودند که در مسابقه نهایی لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن 1395، در مقابل هم به میدان می‌روند. این دو تیم فینالیست، روز جمعه، 9 میزان 1395، ساعت 03:00 بعد‌از‌ظهر، به وقت محلی، به مصاف هم می‌روند. قبل از مسابقه نهایی، در صبح همان روز شاهد یک مسابقه دوستانه فوتبالِ بانوان هستیم. لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن برای تیم‌های اول، دوم، سوم، و چهارمِ لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن 1395 جوایز نقدی را در نظر گرفته است.

لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن اولین لیگ حرفوی فوتبال در کشور می باشد که در 9 جولای 2012 توسط فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان (اولین فدراسیون فوتبال آسیا که عضویت فیفا را در سال 1948 بدست آورد)، موبی گروپ (بزرگترین شبکه رسانه ی در افغانستان) و همچنان شرکت مخابراتی روشن (شرکت پیشتاز در عرصه مخابراتی در کشور) براه انداخته شده است. بازیکنان تیم ملی افغانستان مردان جوانی هستند که از طریق یک برنامه تلویزیونی به نام میدان سبز از سرتاسر افغانستان انتخاب شده اند. لیگ برتر در طول ماه های سپتمبر و اکتوبر با 18 بازی بین ۸ تیم در ورزشگاه فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان برگزار خواهد شد که این تیم ها برای شرکت در بازی نهایی و نیمه نهایی مسابقه می دهند. تمام مسابقات توسط تلویزیون طلوع (پربیننده ترین شبکه تلویزیونی در افغانستان) و لمر (شبکه نمبر۱ پشتو زبان در افغانستان) و همچنان از طریق آرمان اف ام و اراکوزیا اف ام، دو شبکه پیشتاز رادیویی در افغانستان، پخش خواهد شد . این مسابقات از طریق کِبَل نیز در سرتاسر جهان نشر خواهد شد.
دربارهٔ فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان (AFF):
لیگ برتر افغانستان روشن تحت مالکیت فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان قرار دارد. این فدراسیون مسئولیت اداره کردن رشتۀ ورزشی فوتبال در کشور را به عهده دارد که در سال 1327 به عضویت فیفا درآمده است.
فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان یک سازمان غیردولتی است که فعالیت‌های خود را از سال 1300هجری خورشیدی بدین سو آغاز نموده است. این فدراسیون یک نهاد غیرانتفاعی میباشد و خواهان ایجاد فضایی است تا در آن علاقمندان فوتبال بتوانند به جامعهٔ وسیع فوتبالی بپیوندند و بخشی از آن باشند. این فدراسیون انواع فوتبال را از طریق تورنمنت‌ها، لیگ‌ها، جام‌ها و کورس‌های آموزشی مختلف در افغانستان سازماندهی می‌کند. فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان از طرف فدراسیون بین‌المللی فوتبال (فیفا) به رسمیت شناخته شده و کارمندان آن از لحاظ مسلکی مورد تایید فیفا و فدراسیون فوتبال افغانستان هستند.
