Der Bevollmächtigte ist befugt, den Vollmachtgeber in allen Angelegenheiten vor Behörden und Privatpersonen zu vertreten. Der Bevollmächtigte ist berechtigt, für die allgemeine Vertretung oder besondere Rechtsgeschäfte Unterbevollmächtigte zu bestellen und in seinem eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter weiterer Personen Rechtgeschäfte vorzunehmen.
Umfasst die Vollmacht die Erledigung der Steuerangelegenheiten des Auftraggebers, so ist die Bevollmächtigte namentlich befugt, Einschätzungen zu akzeptieren, sowie Einsprachen, Rekurse und Beschwerden vor kommunalen und eidgenössischen Instanzen zu erheben, diese Rechtsmittel zurückzuziehen und den Auftraggeber in Verhandlungen zu vertreten.
Die Bevollmächtigte ist befugt, im Namen des Auftraggebers sämtliche mit vorgenannter Angelegenheit zusammenhängenden Rechtshandlungen vorzunehmen, insbesondere Vergleiche abzuschließen, Korrespondenzen und amtliche Verfügungen entgegenzunehmen, für den Auftraggeber rechtsverbindlich zu zeichnen, Gelder und Wertschriften in Empfang zu nehmen, Schuldbetreibungen anzuheben und durchzuführen (inkl. Stellung des Konkursbegehrens).
Diese Vollmacht erlischt nicht mit dem Tode, sondern durch den Widerruf des Vollmachtgebers oder den Wiederruf der Erben.

Il presente Mandato non si estingue per causa di morte, ma per revoca da parte del Mandante o per revoca degli eredi.
