My name is Thais and I am an English and Japanese to Brazilian Portuguese
translator. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and a Master’s Degree in
the field of Japanese Literature Translation. Most of my experience comes from
translating content for video games, field I work in since 2013. I have also worked with subtitles translation since college, when I took
part in subtitling Japanese contemporary movies for a year-long film
exposition. Since then, I also translated subtitles for games and, more
recently, for videos in short story format for social media. In addition, I have interest in Japanese Literature translation and proofreading/copydesk.
