organizations around the world. We are specialized in several translation
fields:
Technical translation:
Microsoft - We are a main Arabic resource for
Microsoft. We translated a lot of “Microsoft Bing Localisation” projects since
2012. That includes translation using Trados and online using Envelope.
Starting from June 2016, we won a contract with Microsoft to be
moderators for Skype products. We will be responsible for translation and
revision for all Skype projects in the Middle east.
Apple – Starting from January 2015 we became a main Arabic resource for
Apple. We “TEP” around 30.000 words per month for all Apple products.
HP – We are providing translation for HP from November 2015. We are
translating various hp products (printers, laptops, monitors…)
Epson – Since 2009 and we are a main Arabic vendor for Epson.
Nokia – We provide marketing translation for Nokia Lumia since 2013 till
now.
Caterpillar – In 2011, we won a contract to provide
translation for Caterpillar products, we translated about 400 words using
Dejavu and recently SDL Studio.
HTC: We are responsible for translation of all HTC Desire mobile. We are
handling it since 2013.

DTP
As a supplement to our translation service, we also offer DTP services.
DTP (Desk Top Publishing) in terms of a foreign language set is described as
typesets (Typo) of foreign languages and their symbols.
Foreign language typeset incorporates country-specific character and typeset
conventions as well as the spoken word, syllables and sentence separations.
We undertake the translation of foreign language sets for brochures, manuals,
technical documentation, packaging, print ads, advertising material, documents,
business cards, etc.
The original layout of your file remains unchanged and typos and tracking of
the foreign language texts are harmoniously adapted.
We also create printed files of your foreign language publications and
presentations for the Asian and Arab markets. For example, Farsi, Hebrew and
Arabic are formatted from right to left. Books and other publications then have
the band on the right-hand side because from our point of view, they are read
from back to front.

Localization and software engineering:
Our Engineers gained a huge experience in Help compilation field specially in
RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew.
This experience enables us to solve all the problems results from the layout
flipping.
There are many issues we always care to handle, like:
1. Page Encoding, Index tab, search tab, and contents tab are correct to
display Arabic characters .
2. All text is localized except where specifically indicated by Client.
3. Paragraph formatting, font sizes, alignment, line spacing, graphic elements,
numbered and bulleted lists are identical to the original English version with
RTL layout.
4. Keywords and topic titles are translated
5. Translation of topic titles and page titles is consistent
6. Help windows titles are localized
7. Cross references to the documentation are correct
8. References to the software are consistent with the software
9. All updates are implemented
10. Text and lists are in the correct order
11. All art is present and correct
12. Punctuation marks, accent marks, proper names and abbreviations are OK.
13. Index follows the sorting order that is appropriate for the relevant
language
14. Index entries jump to the corresponding pages
15. Index entries and page titles are consistent
16. Index entries don't contain truncations
17. All index entries are translated
