English to French: Hardware failure General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: Medical: Instruments
Source text - English Action Plan
When acting to fix a hardware failure you must first clear any jam or blockade before initializing the module in question to prevent further errors and complete error recovery.
You must manually clear the error and complete the step at which the error occurred or let the instrument make another attempt at completing the step at which the error occurred before continuing work.
Warning:
During error recovery, the process control allows you to open the safety hood to access components manually.
You must be cautious during manual instrument deck interventions, because while you resolve an error in one system module, other operations may remain active.
Step Action
1
Press the OK button in the error message dialog.
This silences the audible alarm, if it has not already been silenced by using the F12 key.
The Machine is Stopped! dialog is displayed on the screen, allowing access to the Error recovery dialog, via the Error recovery button.
2
Always press the Error recovery button in the Machine is stopped! window to enter the Error Recovery window and, from there, perform manual or software supported error recovery actions.
The Error Recovery window provides initialization and recovery functions for each module.
This window allows you to recover from the error or to abort the run immediately.

Translation - English ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019
The 2018-2019 academic year in Cameroon begins on Monday 03 September 2018 and ends on Friday 05 July 2019.
Government reforms in the field of education, especially concerning the standardisation of textbooks, were approved.
They specifically include the following measures:
- Number of textbooks brought down to 1 book per subject, instead of 3, from Form 1 to Upper Sixth, be it for the anglophone system or the francophone system.
- Sixty-nine (69) approved textbooks.
- Textbooks cost price reduced, the most expensive book will not exceed 8500 FCFA…
Four million (4,000,000) books will be printed abroad (India, South Africa ...), and delivered on time in our bookshops. Given that textbooks are considered first necessity goods, their delivery is a priority.
Given the pride of place school programs occupy in the Government agenda, they are set to organise, approve and pass on specific knowledge based on culture, or on political, economic or denominational context… They are therefore one of pillars of the Head of States development vision by 2035.
From North to South, near and far, let our children, dear to our nation, be eager, curious, happy and proud to go back to school, so to build the Cameroon of tomorrow.

Bio
I am a native English translator with excellent writing skills and
solid educational background (Bachelor's degree in English and French; Ongoing
Master degree in translation) providing translation services from French into
English and vice versa.
As a freelance translator, my main aim is to be a translator off-scale and I
give my best for that. I am fascinated by language. I have mainly
translated documents in the fields of finance, mechanical engineering,
education, gaming, sports, medical, media, just to name a few. I am equally interested in the fields of military,
energy, music, and civil engineering.
My best experience so far is with SID PUBLIC RELATIONS. Here I translated articles for their monthly magazine and these articles touched many fields and it was very interesting. I love giving flow to my imagination. I pay very much attention to style.
Given the fact that I could not study all the fields I love at school, technical translation particularly permits me to explore several fields and I enjoy it. This explains my choice to specialize in Engineering and Finance. Translation to me is always a very passionate adventure. In the beginning, it's quite difficult to work in a new field, I spend more time making research to understand the field than to translate. But when I get used to it, it becomes more and more interesting and easy-going.
Besides Translation, I love singing and I am a good singer. I equally love sports (fitness and auto-defense)!!!
