Source text - Italian Una delle procedure di routine nella diagnosi delle infezioni batteriche consiste nel prelievo di un campione clinico dal paziente e nel trasporto dello stesso campione al laboratorio, in condizioni di sicurezza. Ciò è reso possibile grazie al dispositivo di prelievo e trasporto X. Ogni unita X consiste in una busta pelabile sterile, contenente un tampone applicatore per il prelievo del campione, e una provetta con terreno di trasporto in cui e posto il tampone dopo il prelievo.
I terreni di trasporto X (terreno Amies gel senza carbone e terreno Amies gel con carbone) sono non-nutritivi, tamponati con fosfato e forniscono un ambiente ridotto grazie alla loro formulazione con tioglicolato di sodio. L'umidità del terreno di trasporto protegge dalla disidratazione i microrganismi presenti nel materiale prelevato. Source text - English Warnings
The following warnings apply to the use of this neurostimulation system. Poor surgical risks. Neurostimulation should not be used on patients who are poor surgical risks or patients with multiple illnesses or active general infections.
Diathermy therapy. Do not use short-wave diathermy, microwave diathermy, or therapeutic ultrasound diathermy (all now referred to as diathermy) on patients implanted with a neurostimulation system. Energy from diathermy can be transferred through the implanted system and cause tissue damage at the location of the implanted electrodes, resulting in severe injury or death. Diathermy is further prohibited because it may also damage the neurostimulation system components. This damage could result in loss of therapy, requiring additional surgery for system implantation and replacement. Injury or damage can occur during diathermy treatment whether the neurostimulation system is turned on or off.
Electrosurgery devices. Electrosurgery devices should not be used in close proximity to an implanted neurostimulation system. Contact between an active electrode and an implanted IPG, lead, or extension can cause severe injury to the patient. If use of electrocautery is necessary, first turn off the neurostimulation system.
Cardioverter defibrillators. Neurostimulation systems may adversely affect the programming of implanted cardioverter defibrillators.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Patients with implanted neurostimulation systems should not be subjected to MRI. The electromagnetic field generated by an MRI may forcefully dislodge implanted components, damage the device electronics, and induce voltage through the lead that could jolt or shock the patient.
Explosive or flammable gases. Do not use the patient programmer in an environment where explosive or flammable gas fumes or vapors are present. The operation of the patient programmer could cause them to ignite, causing severe burns, injury, or death.
Operation of machinery and equipment. Patients should not operate potentially dangerous machinery, power tools, or vehicles or climb things like ladders when the IPG is operating. Postural changes or abrupt movement could alter the perception of stimulation intensity and cause patients to fall or lose control of equipment or vehicles, injure others, or bring injury upon themselves.

Sledeća upozorenja odnose se na upotrebu ovog sistema za neurostimulaciju. Pacijenti sa visokim rizikom od operativnih komplikacija. Source text - English PRIMING AND RECIRCULATION PROCEDURE
During priming procedure check for leaks. Do not use if any leaks is detected.
1) CLOSE THE VENOUS AND ARTERIAL LINES AND RESERVOIR OUTLET LINE
Clamp the venous line. Clamp the arterial line. Clamp the cardiotomy line. Clamp the xxx outlet line.
2) SOFT SHELL VENOUS RESERVOIR PRIMING
Fill the cardiotomy reservoir connected to xxx with sufficient priming fluid to accomplish debubbling and to allow achieving intended hemodilution. Slowly remove the clamp from the cardiotomy line and prime the xxx. Remove all air by using the purge sites at the top of the bag before priming the rest of the A-V loop.
Suction should be applied to the reservoir purge line intermittently (make sure the stopcocks on the purge line are open).
3) CIRCUIT PRIMING
Remove the clamp from the device outlet line, open the purge/recirculation line of the oxygenator and start the main pump at a reasonably high flow so that the pump loop is primed. Follow oxygenator’s priming procedure.
4) OPEN VENOUS AND ARTERIAL LINES
Remove the clamp from the venous and arterial lines and increase main pump flow to the maximum value of 5 l/min.
5) PURGE THE AIR CONTAINED IN THE DEVICE AND IN THE CIRCUIT
During this phase it is advised to gently direct with the hands, the residual air bubbles working them towards the open purge tubes.
Translation - Serbian POSTUPAK PUNJENJA I RECIRKULACIJE
Tokom punjenja proverite da li postoji curenje. Nemojte koristiti ukoliko primetite bilo kakvo curenje.
1) ZATVORITE VODOVE VENSKE I ARTERIJSKE KRVI I IZLAZNI VOD REZERVOARA
Napunite kardiotomijski rezervoar povezan sa xxx dovoljnom količinom tečnosti za punjenje kako biste uklonili mehuriće i postigli željenu hemodiluciju. Polako uklonite stezaljku sa kardiotomijskog voda i napunite xxx. Uklonite sav vazduh pomoću pročišćivača na vrhu kese pre punjenja A-V kola.
Povremeno treba usisati vazduh iz voda za pročišćavanje rezervoara (proverite da li su zaporni ventili voda za pročišćavanje otvoreni).
3) PUNJENJE KOLA
Uklonite stezaljku sa izlaznog voda uređaja, otvorite vod za pročišćavanje/za recirkulaciju oksigenatora i pokrenite glavnu pumpu dovoljno visokim protokom kako bi se kolo pumpe punilo. Sledite postupak punjenja oksigenatora.
4) OTVARANJE VODOVA ZA VENSKU I ARTERIJSKU KRV
Uklonite stezaljku sa vodova za vensku i arterijsku krv i pojačajte protok glavne pumpe do maksimalne vrednosti od 5 l/min.
5) IZBACIVANJE VAZDUHA IZ UREĐAJA I KOLA
Tokom ove faze preporučuje se da, nežno potiskujući prstima, usmerite preostale mehuriće vazduha prema otvorenim vodovima za pročišćavanje.

Source text - Spanish La policía francesa liberó a un escolar de 16 años, después de interrogarlo durante 24 horas sobre su participación en la difusión de una traducción pirata del séptimo tomo de la saga del célebre mago anteojudo: Harry Potter y las reliquias de la muerte. La traducción francesa fue difundida en un sitio internet pocos días después de la edición del original inglés, el pasado 21 de julio. Las investigaciones judiciales han concluido que la traducción es “de buena calidad”, aunque los especialistas presumen que la traducción ha sido hecha en tiempo récord por diversas personas, probablemente conectadas a través de internet. La editorial francesa Gallimard (que ha programado la salida de la traducción oficial el próximo 26 de octubre) y la escritora británica J.K. Rowling formularon una demanda ante la fiscalía , pero desde ya el fiscal ha precisado que la motivación del joven detenido “no era ganar dinero”.
La justicia británica estudia la identidad de quienes difundieron versiones piratas del último tomo de Harry Potter aún antes de su salida mundial. El caso no se explica sólo por la pasión literaria, puesto que los editores en más de 30 lenguas han obtenido pingües ganancias con la venta inesperada de cerca de 350 millones de ejemplares.
Por ahora la única medida adoptada es la clausura del sitio internet que publicó la traducción incriminada. Según la ley francesa, quienes incurran en la violación de la propiedad intelectual pueden ser sancionados con cinco años de prisión y multa de 500.000 euros
Translation - Serbian Francuska policija pustila je na slobodu jednog šesnaestogodišnjeg učenika, nakon dvadesetčetvoročasovnog ispitivanja u vezi sa njegovim učešćem u distribuciji piratskog prevoda sedmog dela sage o čuvenom čarobnjaku sa naočarima: Hari Poter i relikvije smrti. Francuski prevod je bio distribuiran na jednom sajtu nekoliko dana nakon objavljivanja engleskog originala, 21.jula. Policijska istraga je zaključila da je prevod dobrog kvaliteta, iako stručnjaci pretpostavljaju da je prevod u rekordnom vremenu uradilo više osoba, verovatno povezane putem interneta. Francuska izdavačka kuća Galimar (koja je objavljivanje zvaničnog prevoda planirala za 26. oktobar) i britanska spisateljica Dž. K. Rouling podneli su krivičnu prijavu tužilaštvu, ali je tužilac već istakao da motiv uhapšenog mladića nije bila zarada.
Britansko pravosuđe ispituje identitet osoba koje su distribuirale piratski prevod poslednjeg dela Harija Potera pre njegovog svetskog izdanja. Jedina mera koja je za sada preduzeta jeste zatvaranje sajta koji je objavio sporni prevod. Prema francuskom zakonu, onome ko prekrši pravo intelektulane svojine može biti izrečena kazna zatvora u trajanju od pet godina i novčana kazna u iznosu od 500 000 evra.
