Source text - English Sexual harassment and/or sex discrimination and the associated behaviors as stated, but not limited to the examples, are unacceptable within the corporate environment and during any corporate-sponsored activities. The standard for determining whether conduct constitutes sexual harassment is whether a person of the same gender as the victim would perceive the conduct as harassment based on sex.
This policy covers all individuals in the workplace. The Corporation will not tolerate, condone, or allow sexual harassment and/or sex discrimination, whether engaged in by employees or non-employees who conduct business with the Corporation. The Corporation encourages reporting of all incidents of sexual harassment and/or sex discrimination, regardless of who the offender may be, or the offender’s relationship to the Corporation. Sanctions shall be taken against any corporate officer, employee, or non-employee conducting business with the Corporation who engages in sexual harassment and/or sex discrimination.
Translation - Spanish El acoso sexual y/o la discriminación por motivos de género y las conductas relacionadas con ella, que se detallan a título enunciativo en la sección anterior, son inadmisibles dentro del ámbito laboral o durante las actividades organizadas por la Compañía. Se considera acoso sexual a toda conducta que una persona del mismo género que la víctima perciba como tal.
Esta política alcanza a todo el personal dentro del lugar de trabajo. La Compañía no tolera, aprueba ni permite el acoso sexual y/o la discriminación por motivos de género, ya sea por parte de empleados u otras personas que lleven a cabo tareas dentro de la Compañía. La Compañía alienta a sus empleados a denunciar todos los casos de acoso sexual y/o la discriminación por motivos de género, sin importar quién es el agresor o su relación con la Compañía. Se aplicarán sanciones a todo empleado o a toda persona que lleve a cabo tareas dentro de la Compañía, que realice un acto de acoso sexual y/o discriminación por motivos de género.
