Translation - English Antibodies are proteins found in blood. They neutralize foreign proteins (that are called antigens) and help the body to get rid of them. “Monoclonal” means that this antibody is secreted by a cell culture whose cells stem from one parent (one cell). In other words, they are produced by one clone.
To be in the study, you have to undergo a screening examination (lasting not more than 28 days). If you meet the selection criteria, you will be randomly assigned (“randomized”) into one of the treatment groups.

Translation - English To block non-specific sorption, place the nitrocellulose membrane in a plastic container with 2% BSA solution and incubate on an orbital shaker at (37 ± 1) °C for 60 min. Discard 2% solution of BSA. To remove unbound BSA, wash the nitrocellulose membrane with 10 mL of washing buffer three times for 1 min and once for 15 min.

Three trials enrolled 2,484 patients. All patients were treated intramuscularly with XXX 1000 mg/day in
the 4 weeks immediately after the acute event, followed by a 5-month oral treatment with 1200 mg per day.
In all three trials, parenteral treatment with ХХХ improved cognitive, functional and motor recovery at the end of the first month, while the subsequent oral treatment demonstrated the clinical global improvement according to the results of MMSE and Crichton Geriatric Rating Scale (CGRS) tests.

My education (degree in pharmacy), practical experience (one year as a regulatory affairs manager), diploma in linguistics (Saint Petersburg State University), and 7 years of freelance translation help me feel comfortable in this field and provide my clients with translations of good quality. I use a CAT-tool during my work (SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2019).
Documents I usually translate involve the whole life cycle of pharmaceuticals (including biologics) Eng -> Rus, Rus -> Eng:
- R&D, characterization, analytical procedures, validation, manufacturing, SOPs;
- pre-clinical studies (reports, protocols, reviews);
- clinical studies (Investigator's Brochures, Study Protocols, Informed Consent Forms, overviews);
- pharmacovigilance (PSURs);
- marketing documents.
I also edit, proofreed, and write educational materials for translators. Since 2015, I've been running a blog about pharmaceutical translation.
