• The installation of the electro-pneumatic cabinets
• The assembly of the safety devices
• The electrical, pneumatic, fluid connections of equipment
The End of the Assembly triggers the commissioning of the equipment.
Commissioning of the installation on CUSTOMER’s site
This phase includes:
• Connection of the energies and materials
• Debug of the electro-pneumatic cabinets
• Validation of the various working modes
• Kinematics retiming of the trajectories
• Running of the installation with processing of the vehicle in automatic mode
This phase ends once equipment reliability and application quality on the parts meet the contractual criteria.
The Provisional Acceptance is validated by the certificate of the same name or by the use of the installation for production purposes. It can be accompanied by a snag list to be solved for the Final Acceptance.

• Отладку электропневматических шкафов управления
• Оценку различных режимов работы
• Контрольный хронометраж траекторий движения роботов
• Эксплуатацию оборудования с обработкой автомобилей в автоматическом режиме
Данный этап завершается при достижении уровня надежности оборудования и качества нанесения материала на детали согласно условиям контракта.
Предварительная приемка осуществляется путем выдачи соответствующего сертификата или при использовании оборудования для производственных целей. В ходе Предварительной приемки также может составляться перечень замечаний для их исправления до Окончательной Приемки.

Проверку уровня охлаждающей жидкости в расширительном бачке 2 производите только на холодном двигателе.
Уровень жидкости в расширительном бачке должен быть не ниже метки MIN и не выше верхнего сварного фланца (метка MАХ).
Доливку охлаждающей жидкости производите через отверстие расширительного бачка, закрываемое пробкой 1. При частой доливке жидкости проверьте герметичность системы охлаждения.
Если падение уровня жидкости вызвано нарушением герметичности системы, устраните неисправность и доведите уровень до нормы.
Если система герметична, снижение уровня возможно в результате кипения жидкости при перегреве двигателя.
Причины перегрева могут быть следующие:
• Уменьшение поступления наружного воздуха к радиатору из-за перекрытия его утеплительным чехлом, сильного засорения пластин радиатора (листья, пыль, насекомые), а также установки дополнительных фар перед облицовкой радиатора.
• Не работает вентилятор.
Translation - English COOLING SYSTEM
The coolant level check in reservoir tank 2 is made only with a cooled down engine.
The coolant level in a reservoir tank should not be below the MIN mark and not higher than the upper welded-neck flange (MAX mark)
The coolant should be refilled through reservoir tank’s port, which is closed with a cap 1. In case of a frequent refill, check the leak-tightness of the cooling system.
If the coolant level falls due to the leakage in the system, eliminate the defects and bring the level to the required mark.
If the system is proved to be leak-tight, the level fall is possibly caused by boiling of the coolant due to overheating of an engine.
The overheating may be caused by the following:
• Decrease of air flow to a radiator due to the overlap with a winter front, severe clogging of radiator’s fins (leaves, dust, insects) as well as by installation of additional headlights in front of the radiator surfacing.
• The fan is out of order.
