Na prvom mieste bolo určenie hraníc vzdušného priestoru, kde by sa uplatňovala suverenita štátov a kde by sa už eventuálne mohol uplatňovať medzinárodný režim. Pri vzdušnom priestore sa predpokladá presná ohraničenosť práve z dôvodu uplatňovania suverenity štátu, naproti tomu kozmický priestor je charakteristický svojou nekonečnou veľkosťou a jeho hranice v súčasnosti vytyčujú najvýkonnejšie ďalekohľady do vzdialenosti mnoho tisíc svetelných rokov od Zeme. |

1. Sprostredkovateľovi náleží za sprostredkovanie kandidátov odmena vždy za každého jednotlivého kandidáta, pričom jej výška sa dojednáva na 2 násobok hrubej mesačnej mzdy priznanej kandidátom . Odmena je splatná na základe predloženia riadneho daňového dokladu sprostredkovateľom záujemcovi akoukoľvek formou a to aj v elektronickej forme a to do štrnástich dní odo dňa doručenia daňového dokladu. V prípade neprevzatia daňového dokladu sa považuje za deň doručenia dátum odoslania daňového dokladu sprostredkovateľom záujemcovia. Za vykonanie úhrady sa podľa tejto zmluvy považuje deň pripísania celej fakturovanej sumy na bankový účet sprostredkovateľa. | Translation - English
1. The Procurer shall be entitled to the reward for procurement of candidates always for each candidate, while its amount shall be arranged to double of the gross monthly salary awarded to candidates. The reward shall be payable upon submitting the proper tax document by the Procurer to the Interested Person by any form, especially in electronic form, namely within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the tax document. In case of failure to take over the tax document, the delivery date shall be considered the date of sending the tax document by the Procurer to the Interested Person. The payment execution under this Contract shall be considered the date of crediting the whole invoices sum to the bank account of the Procurer. |
