المراد بالضلال هنا عدم العلم و ليس ضلال كضلال قريش في الجاهلية لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم لم يشاركهم في عبادتهم للأصنام و لا في منكراتهم و قد حماه الله من كل ما يشينه ، و اخرج حظ الشيطان من قلبه.

The intended meaning of being lost here is not having knowledge, and it is not like the delusion of the people of Quraish in Jayhiliyah. This is because the Prophet of Allah, may Prayers and Salutations of Allah be upon him, did not participate them neither with their worshipping of the Idols, nor with their evil actions. And Allah has protected him from which that could disgrace him and He took the lot of Shaytaan out of his heart.

Courtier en douane
Son domaine d’expertise est la réglementation douanière. Il offre notamment les services suivants:
1. Assurer la liaison avec les services frontaliers, obtenir, préparer et présenter les documents nécessaires ;
2. Fournir des conseils sur le transport ;
3. Surveiller le statut des cargaisons ;
4. Se tenir au cours des derniers développements et règlements et indiquer à l'importateur leurs répercussions sur les marchandises importées ;

6. Effectuer les paiements nécessaires pour prendre possession de la cargaison ;

L’expertise du courtier en douane en matière de transport transfrontalier des marchandises peut éviter des erreurs et permettre ainsi à l'importateur d'économiser temps et argent. En général, plus la cargaison est complexe, plus il est avantageux de retenir les services d'un courtier en douane.
Courtier en transport
Cet intermédiaire a comme principale fonction de prendre livraison des marchandises de l’expéditeur et de trouver le transporteur routier approprié pour les acheminer à destination. Les transporteurs routiers font généralement appel aux services des courtiers afin de rentabiliser les mouvements allégés de leurs camions. Un bon courtier en transport devrait posséder une liste extensive de contacts afin d’offrir à l’exportateur un service rapide à des coûts raisonnables.
La fonction de courtier en transport routier est réglementée dans certains pays (États-Unis). L’exportateur a donc intérêt à s’informer de la compétence des courtiers à qui il songe confier ses marchandises. Entre autres fonctions, il peut effectuer :
Les réservations (via les lignes maritimes offrant un transit rapide au meilleur prix)
Le positionnement, le chargement et la livraison
L’inspection et l’émission de certificats phytosanitaires et sanitaires (si requis)
