My name is Adam Marske and I am a native English student translator living in Rosario, Argentina.

I have a passion for languages and a keen eye on detail. I'm looking to be mentored in translation work so that I can gain experience, receive valuable feedback, and break into the translation industry. I am also going to be pursuing a Graduate level translation degree.

My current language pair is Spanish to English. I have a BA in Anthropology and my professional experience includes 2 years in Insurance, teaching English for over a year in Lima, Peru, and Sales. I also have taken IT courses in 2010 and I am currently studying to obtain the CompTIA A+ Hardware and Software proficiency certification. I am an avid user of computers and networking systems.

I have lived abroad for almost 2 years living in Lima, Peru for 15 months and currently living in Rosario, Argentina indefinitely.

I volunteered in translating HeartCry staff reports for 3 months from September-November 2012.

I started using OmegaT CAT tools and I am willing to utilize other types of translation software.


I am a high-achiever, dependable, creative, technically-minded, and I have high professional standards when it comes to providing services to clients. The thought of being a translator thrills me and I have future ambitions of learning other languages as well.
