Source text - English 4.2 Posology and method of administration
For oral use.
The recommended dose is one 70 mg tablet per week.
The optimal duration of bisphosphonate treatment for osteoporosis has not been established. The need for continued treatment should be re-evaluated periodically based on the benefits and potential risks of Alendronic Acid on an individual patient basis, particularly after 5 or more years of use.
To permit adequate absorption of alendronate:
Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets must be taken at least 30 minutes before the first food, beverage, or medicinal product of the day with plain water only. Other beverages (including mineral water), food and some medicinal products are likely to reduce the absorption of alendronate (see section 4.5).
To facilitate delivery to the stomach and thus reduce the potential for local and oesophageal irritation/adverse experiences (see section 4.4):
• Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets should only be swallowed upon arising for the day with a full glass of water (not less than 200 ml or 7 fl.oz.).
• Patients should only swallow Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets whole. Patients should not crush or chew the tablet or allow the tablet to dissolve in their mouths because of a potential for oropharyngeal ulceration.
• Patients should not lie down until after their first food of the day which should be at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
• Patients should not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets.
• Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets should not be taken at bedtime or before arising for the day.
Patients should receive supplemental calcium and vitamin D if dietary intake is inadequate (see section 4.4).
Use in the elderly: In clinical studies there was no age-related difference in the efficacy or safety profiles of alendronate. Therefore no dosage adjustment is necessary for the elderly.
Use in renal impairment: No dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with GFR greater than 35 ml/min. Alendronate is not recommended for patients with renal impairment where GFR is less than 35 ml/min, due to lack of experience.
Paediatric patients: Alendronate sodium is not recommended for use in children under the age of 18 years due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy in conditions associated with paediatric osteoporosis (also see section 5.1).
Alendronic Acid 70mg Tablets has not been investigated in the treatment of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis.

• Οι ασθενείς θα πρέπει μόνο να καταπίνουν τα δισκία αλενδρονικού οξέος των 70mg ολόκληρα. Οι ασθενείς δεν πρέπει να θρυμματίζουν ή να μασάνε το δισκίο ούτε να αφήνουν το δισκίο να διαλύεται στο στόμα τους εξαιτίας της πιθανότητας στοματοφαρυγγικής εξέλκωσης.
• Οι ασθενείς δεν πρέπει να ξαπλώνουν μέχρι μετά την πρώτη τροφή της ημέρας, η οποία πρέπει να λαμβάνεται τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά μετά τη λήψη του δισκίου.
• Οι ασθενείς δεν πρέπει να ξαπλώνουν για τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά μετά τη λήψη των δισκίων αλενδρονικού οξέος των 70mg.
• Τα δισκία αλενδρονικού οξέος των 70mg δεν πρέπει να λαμβάνονται όταν ο ασθενής ξαπλώσει για βράδυ ή πριν σηκωθεί από το κρεβάτι το πρωί.
Οι ασθενείς θα πρέπει να λαμβάνουν συμπληρώματα ασβεστίου και βιταμίνης D εάν η διαιτητική πρόσληψη είναι ανεπαρκής (βλέπε παράγραφο 4.4).
Χρήση στους ηλικιωμένους: Σε κλινικές μελέτες δεν υπήρχε καμία διαφορά που σχετίζεται με την ηλικία ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητα ή το προφίλ ασφάλειας του alendronate. Επομένως δεν απαιτείται καμία προσαρμογή δόσης για τους ηλικιωμένους.Χρήση στη νεφρική ανεπάρκεια: Δεν απαιτείται καμία προσαρμογή δόσης για ασθενείς με GFR μεγαλύτερο από 35 ml/min. Το alendronate δεν συνιστάται για ασθενείς με νεφρική ανεπάρκεια όπου ο GFR είναι μικρότερος από 35 ml/min, λόγω έλλειψης εμπειρίας.

Source text - English Pairing the subwoofer
The subwoofer is already paired for
automatic wireless connection with the sound bars when buying the sound system.
The pairing is only needed in the rare
occasion when connection is lost. To pair the subwoofer with the sound bars follow these steps.
1. Make sure both the sound bars and
the subwoofer is on. The subwoofer light will flash slowly.
2. Press the pairing button on the back of the subwoofer. The indicator light on the front of the subwoofer starts to flash faster.
3. Enter the MENU of the sound system and select PAIR. The Display panel on the soundbar will show the message “Pairing”. When the pairing is done the indicator light on the subwoofer will shine continuously.
Press the power button on the subwoofer to unpair it with the sound bars. The indicator light on the front of the subwoofer will go out.

Το subwoofer είναι ήδη συζευγμένο για αυτόματη ασύρματη σύνδεση με τις ηχομπάρες κατά την αγορά του ηχοσυστήματος.
Η σύζευξη απαιτείται μόνο στη σπάνια περίπτωση όπου θα χαθεί η σύνδεση. Για να πραγματοποιήσετε σύζευξη του subwoofer με τις ηχομπάρες ακολουθήστε τα εξής βήματα.
