The above property was ceded to a member of the L. C Corporation on the basis of the provisions of the Act on the Re-establishment of Agrarian Communities and the Return of New Property and Rights (hereinafter LCC). In accordance with Article 3, paragraph 12 of the LCC, the returned property rights are considered to be temporally later discovered property. Therefore, the inheritance should be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Inheritance Act. In this case, property rights can be inherited by the heir 's full membership of the LC, while other heirs can claim the necessary hereditary share in cash. | Translation - English
Zgoraj navedeno premoženje je bilo zapusitnjeno na podlagi določil Zakona o pono vzpostavitvi agrarnih skupnosti ter vrnitvi nonovega premoženja in pravic (v nadaljevanju) kot članu L. C korporacije. V skladu z 3. odst. 12. čl. LCK se po tem zakonu vrnjene
premoženjske pravice štejejo za pozneje najdeno premoženje in se zanje dedovanje izvede po Zakonu o dedovanju. Pri tem lahko premoženjske pravice v naravi deduje le tisti dedič, ki je član
meščanske korporacije, drugi dediči pa lahko zahtevajo nujni dedni delež v gotovini. |
