Source text - English 1. In 2010, Jupiter completed the construction of a 50-story apartment residence featuring 389 studio/convertible, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom apartment homes, with three-bedroom penthouses available on the top two floors. In addition, the property contained a 600 car parking facility and 14,000 square feet of retail. The property is located at the corner of Washington and Wells in the Chicago Loop. 215 West was designed with the environment in mind and is one of the first apartment high-rises in the Loop to receive LEED certification - delivered on time and under budget.
2. Jupiter is developing a 336-room dual-branded hotel in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. The hotel will have a 210-room Hampton Inn and a 126-room Homewood Suites by Hilton. It will consist of 301,624 square feet in a 24-story hi-rise located at 118 North Jefferson Street. The hotel will include shared guest amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, sundeck and 8,530 square feet of meeting space. In addition, the building will have 7,500 square feet of ground floor restaurant/retail space and two stories of tiered parking totaling 10 spaces. The estimated opening date is October 2016.
3. The Illinois Medical District selected Jupiter Realty Corporation to develop a modern Class A office building to provide quality office space for District member institutions. Ultimately the entire building was leased to UIC for an office/research facility. Construction of the 155,000 square foot building was completed on time and within budget. The building included a power transfer station to provide future buildings on the south side of Roosevelt Road with UIC generated Power, as well as a ComEd substation.

En 2010, Jupiter completó la construcción de una residencia de departamentos de 50 pisos que incluía 389 casas departamentos de diferentes tipos: estudios convertibles, de una habitación, de una habitación con sala de estar, de dos habitaciones, con pent-houses de tres habitaciones disponibles en los dos pisos superiores. Además, la propiedad cuenta con una playa de estacionamiento para 600 automóviles y 14000 pies cuadrados para tiendas. La propiedad se ubica en la esquina de Washington/Wells en Chicago Loop. 215 West se diseñó tomando en cuenta criterios medioambientales y es uno de los primeros rascacielos de departamentos en Loop en recibir la certificación LEED. Sin contar además que fue entregado a tiempo y por debajo del presupuesto.

Finalmente, todo el edificio fue alquilado a la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago (UIC) como oficina/centro de investigación.
