Source text - English On March 11, 2008 Global paid coupon yield on its BT-4 series inconvertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds with obligatory centralized custody.
The BT-4 bonds sixth coupon yield rate equaled 7.99% per annum or RUR 19.92 per bond. The coupon yield on BT-4 series bonds in the amount of RUR 59 760 000 was fully transferred by the Company to the bond owners. The coupon yield paid on BT-4 series bonds totaled RUR 358 560 000.
VolgaTelecom BT-4 series bonds were floated on September 12, 2006 at MICEX by public offering. On October 19, 2006 Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service (Russia’s FFMS) registered the report on the results of the issue of OJSC Global inconvertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of BT-4 series in the amount of RUR 3 billion (the issue state registration number: 4-46-00137-А).
Translation - Russian 11 марта 2008 года компания Global произвела выплаты купонных доходов по выпущенным ей неконвертируемым процентным сертифицированным облигациям на предъявителя с обязательным централизованным хранением серии BT-4.
Ставка шестого купона облигаций серии BT-4 составила 7.99% годовых или 19.92 руб. на облигацию. Выплаты по купонному доходу шестого купона по облигациям серии BT-4 в размере 59 760 000 руб. были перечислены Компанией держателям облигаций в полном объеме. Совокупный купонный доход по облигациям серии BT-4 составил 358 560 000 руб.
Облигации компании VolgaTelecom серии BT-4 были размещены 12 сентября 2006 г. на ММВБ по открытой подписке. 19 октября 2006 г. Российская Федеральная Служба по Финансовому Мониторингу (ФСФМ) зарегистрировала отчет по результатам выпуска ОАО Global неконвертируемых процентных сертифицированных облигаций на предъявителя серии BT-4 на сумму 3 млрд. руб. (государственный регистрационный номер выпуска: 4-46-00137-А).
