Primary care refers to the work of health professionals who act as a first point of consultation for all patients within the health care system. [6][8]
Such a professional would usually be a primary care physician, such as a general practitioner or family physician, a licensed independent practitioner such as a physiotherapist, or a non-physician primary care provider (mid-level provider) such as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
Depending on the locality, health system organization, and sometimes at the patient's discretion, they may see another health care professional first, such as a pharmacist, a nurse (such as in the United Kingdom), a clinical officer (such as in parts of Africa), or an Ayurvedic or other traditional medicine professional (such as in parts of Asia).

More than half of all primary schools in the developing countries with available data do not have adequate water facilities and nearly two thirds lack adequate sanitation. [16]
Even where facilities exist, they are often in poor condition. WASH in schools, sometimes called SWASH or WinS, significantly reduces hygiene related disease, increases student attendance and contributes to dignity and gender equality. [16]
WASH in Schools contributes to healthy, safe and secure school environments that can protect children from health hazards, abuse and exclusion.
It also enables children to become agents of change for improving water, sanitation and hygiene practices in their families and communities.

I am Naweed Miakhel. Professionally, I am a medical doctor and also interested in language studies and translation. Recently completed Diploma of Translation in one of UK's CIoL training providers. Dari and Pushto are my native languages (mother tongue) and I have studied the high school and the university with my native languages as well. I was interested in translation field ever since my graduation from high school in 1997 which I started to teach English for high school students, hospitals doctors and university students and lecturers and worked part time as translator for business organizations and private clients.
I taught English language for more than 14 years for Afghans in Afghanistan and hundreds of students graduated from my classes but nowadays I am not teaching.
I have major in medicine and business and am professional in translation, proof-reading, editing and interpretation of English language to Dari and Pushto and vice versa in general fields and specifically to my professional fields.
I have specialization qualification for translation of Medicine, health-care, general language topics, business and more that are indicated in my profile for more details about the areas for translation.
