Source text - English TENDER FOR MAIN CONTRACT WORKS
1. We,the undersigned are willing to contract for and perform the whole of the Main Contract Works to the proposed Project in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, Drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities prepared by or under the direction of your Project Manager to the entire satisfaction of your Project Manager for the sum of .... being the total of the FINAL SUMMARY in the Bills of Quantities.
2. We undertake to complete the Works within the Employer's set time (refer to the Dates for Possession and Dates for Completion shown in Appendix to the Conditions of Contract).
3. We undertake to commence the Works on site within one week from the date of the Letter of Award from the Client.
4. We undertake upon the request of the Employer to provide a Surety Bond as described in Bill No. 1 - Preliminaries, Clause 5.3.22 and the form described in Appendix "D" to the Form of Tender.
5. We confirm that we fully understand the whole of these Tender Documents, that we are prepared to comply with all the provisions stated herein and that our Tender Sums allows for the whole of the Contract Works described herein.
6. Should any mathematical errors be found in our Tender resulting in either a net addition to, or a net deduction from, the said Tender Amount, we agree to the method of percentage adjustment as prescribed in the Bill No. 1 - Preliminaries, Clause
5.1.9, in any case we agree to abide by the Tender Amount.
7. We agree to abide by this tender for a period of ninety days from the date fixed for receiving the same and agree that it shall remain binding on us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of that period.
8. We agree that unless and until a Formal Agreement is prepared and executed this Tender together with your written acceptance thereof shall constitute a binding contract between us.

Hello all,
I was born in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, in 1976 in a working class family, and later sent to local schools for study to finally graduated the Foreign Study University (presently known as Hanoi University) in 2000. The initial job I found after receiving the degree was as translator and collaborator in a number of translation companies.
Seven years later in 2007, challenged myself by taking a job as interpreter and translator until 2012 in a construction project which is now the Apricot Hotel located by Hoan Kiem Lake in the heart of Hanoi. Somewhere between those years, my Proz account was created, in the hope to join the international professional translation/interpretation circle, but then I had been drawn to different directions.
Between the next short period of 2012-2014 was some translation and interpretation jobs with companies that work(ed) in vocational training and education, urban planning, and mining.
From 2014 until now, I have been providing interpretation and translation services to both local and foreign partners with key translation on medical and education sectors while engaging as collaborator and advisor for an In-flight Magazine and studying on environment and climate change that help enrich me in other areas related to life, people, history, culture and arts.
With my service in the English - Vietnamese language pair and availability of CAT tools that support effectiveness and efficiency of translation/editing/proofreading, internet accessibility and a good headset, I hope to receive fruitful collaboration in the future with you.
