From a very young age I've been a compulsive reader. My passion for literature and culture has led me to obtain my bachelor degree in English-Portuguese Literature and Language. Moreover, it brought me the urge of conveying culture and information to people, so I decided to become a translator.

As a poet and short story writer, translating literature is somewhat mixing passion and work. My postgraduate certificate in English translation, with a major in game localization, reflects another passion I have always had, since I got my first console, at the age of six.

I work in rather varied fields of expertise, such as games, literature, humanities (history, religion, philosophy), international commerce, logistics and philosophy of science.

1,5 year as an in-house translator/tester;
Over 2,5 million words translated/proofread in games for multiple platforms, such as MMOs, mobile, browser and console games;
