Source text - English Each party may disclose to the other party certain confidential or proprietary information in connection with the evaluation, negotiation, or performance of a potential business relationship. “Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed in written, oral, electronic, or other form that is identified as confidential or that, given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure, should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
The receiving party shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose for which it was disclosed and shall not disclose it to any third party except to its directors, employees, professional advisers, or contractors who have a legitimate need to know such information and who are subject to confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those set forth herein.
These obligations shall not apply to information that the receiving party can demonstrate was lawfully known to it before disclosure, becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement, is received lawfully from a third party without restriction, or is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information.
If disclosure is required by law or a valid governmental order, the receiving party shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify the disclosing party and reasonably cooperate in seeking appropriate protective measures.

Translation - English The Company regards the information assets handled in the course of its business as critical corporate resources and shall protect them appropriately against information leakage, loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and other information security risks.
Employees and any other persons who handle the Company’s information assets in connection with their duties shall use the access privileges granted to them only to the extent necessary for business purposes and shall not share IDs, passwords, or other authentication credentials with any third party.
When confidential information is transmitted or taken outside the Company, or stored using an external service, only methods and services approved by the Company shall be used. Appropriate safeguards, including encryption and access restrictions, shall be implemented according to the sensitivity of the information.
Any person who becomes aware of an information security incident or suspected incident shall promptly report it to the designated manager or responsible department and shall not attempt to resolve the matter solely on their own judgment.
The Company shall periodically review this Policy and related rules and procedures in light of changes in the business environment, technology, applicable laws and regulations, and relevant risks, and shall pursue continuous improvement of its information security practices.
