Testo in Lenzkirch, sowie bei Weil Engineering, Hersteller von Laser-Schweißanlagen umfassende Erfahrung gewinnen; seit 2001 bin ich als selbständige Übersetzerin tätig.

I am a British citizen and grew up in St Ives near Cambridge in the UK. I have a language degree from the University of London where I graduated with honours. I was also the winner of the Dr Guenther Prize for the best language student at the University of London in 2000. I worked as a translator in Germany for 8 years, testo AG (electronic measuring devices) and Weil Engineering GmbH (high-tech tube production lines and laser applications) where I was responsible for technical and commercial translations, before establishing myself as a free-lance translator. I have a perfect command of the German language which enables me to produce reliable, professional translations into my native English tongue.
My main areas of specilialisation are business/commerce, igaming, measurement and control, engineering and marketing. I have extensive experience in the translation of technical documentation, operating manuals, patents, marketing brochures, press releases, newsletters, websites, travel guides, general terms and conditions (AGBs) and much more
