Source text - English Elements of nature brought to a downtown scene. Dark crystallised landscapes reinterpreted in the form of textured metallic tweeds and sleek mink. These environmental notions plus Ryan McGinley’s powerful and vibrant cavernous photographs were the inspiration for J. Mendel’s autumn 2010 Collection. “It always starts with colour and texture,” explains designer Gilles Mendel. “The images from Ryan McGinley’s ‘Moon milk’ series were so beautiful and organic.”

Source text - English Wash the sperm according to your laboratory protocols. Re-suspend the final pellet in 1-2 ml of sperm wash medium. Carefully layer one-half of the sperm suspension onto the top of each gradient tube. Centrifuge the tubes at 350 to 400 g for 15 to 18 minutes. If the pellets are not visible, centrifuge for a further 3 minutes. Remove the supernatant using a sterile Pasteur pipette, re-suspend the pellet in 2–3 ml of sperm wash medium, and centrifuge again for 8–10 minutes. Re-suspend the pellet in a suitable volume of appropriate medium.

Source text - English There are several prospects that collectively form a series of long (≈10km) northeast trending aeromagnetic anomalies. The eastern anomaly is the structurally most complex with evidence of tight folding and faulting, with the anomaly forming the eastern limb of a major anti-formal structure that plunges north under the Mesoproterozoic sediments. The western anomalies form the western limb of this structure and represent two parallel BIF units in the south. As well as faulting sub-parallel to strike, there are a number of northwest-trending breaks and offsets in the BIF anomaly trends interpreted as cross faults.
