Source text - Spanish Orientarse al manejo integral de las enfermedades crónicas implica adquirir las destrezas para realizar los procedimientos y tecnologías que necesitan sus pacientes y además las que permitan establecer relaciones de empatía y cercanía con las personas, porque deberán acompañarlos largos años para evitar que las enfermedades crónicas produzcan un deterioro que lleva a la discapacidad. Es nuestra preocupación principal, generar competencias en ese sentido.
Todo lo anterior conlleva que el tipo de enfermedades que existirán en la población chilena, desplazará el foco de la atención en salud desde la atención hospitalaria, que ha sido el foco tradicional, hacia la atención en la comunidad a través de los centros de salud familiar u otros semejantes y también en el domicilio. Esto último mediante el desarrollo tecnológico que hace posible llegar con equipos y sistemas para asistir a la gente en su propio domicilio, rodeado de la familia y mejorando los aspectos anímicos de estas personas, frente a enfermedades crónicas, particularmente, pero también generando una capacidad técnica que los aleje del ambiente hospitalario, donde si bien hay mayor capacidad técnica cuando se trata de aplicar procedimientos complejos, existen al mismo tiempo complicaciones derivadas de la concentración de enfermos que tienen otras patologías que facilitan la existencia de infecciones intrahospitalarias de alta letalidad. En consecuencia a partir de las proyecciones y de la experiencia internacional, podemos establecer claramente, que el foco de la atención de salud en las próximas décadas será la Atención Primaria ambulatoria y la atención domiciliaria. En la práctica en Chile, entre los años 2007 /2011, el 70% del empleo de los profesionales de la salud se ha producido en la atención primaria municipal.

Aiming for the comprehensive management of chronic diseases involves acquiring the skills to perform the procedures and technologies needed by the patients and also those skills that allow establishing empathy and closeness to people. That is because you should treat them for several years in order to prevent chronic diseases of producing damage leading to disability. Our main concern is to generate competences in that regard.
All this means that the types of diseases that will exist in Chile, will shift the focus of attention of health care from hospital health care, which has been the traditional focus, towards the attention in the community throughout family health centers or similar ones and also at home. This last point is possible through technological development that makes possible to do this with equipment and systems to assist people in their own homes, surrounded by family and improving mood aspects of these people facing chronic diseases, particularly. It also creates a technical capacity which creates a distance from the hospital environment, where although there is more technical capacity when it comes to applying complex procedures. There are complications related with the quantity of ill people who have other conditions which facilitate the existence of highly lethal hospital infections. Consequently from projections and international experience, we can clearly state that the focus of health care in the coming decades will be the primary care outpatient and home care. In practice in Chile between the years 2007/2011, 70% of the employment of health professionals has been in the municipal primary care.

CONSIDERANDO, que el subcontratista tiene experiencia en diseño, ingeniería, suministro de equipamiento, instalación, construcción y pruebas de actividades de obras civiles para sistemas de energía solar fotovoltaicos;
CONSIDERANDO, que el contratante desea designar a un subcontratista para realizar ciertos trabajos de ingeniería civil de un sistema energía solar fotovoltaico de 100MW, con base de costo fijo, salvo que se disponga expresamente lo contrario en el mismo, de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones antes dispuestos.
