English to French: Rejection of cow milk
Source text - English Rejection (limitation) of cow milk.
Cow milk as its name indicates is a feed for calves (necessary for instance to the growth of horns and hooves) and not for people. Cow milk is milk of casein kind. To digest casein we need enzyme - rennin, which is not generated by the organism of an adult, in connection with it milk is heavy product, aftermath of it results in distortion of digestive system functioning. Furthermore cow milk is allergenic (the most allergenic is ß-lactoglobulin fraction), contains animal fats causing increment of cholesterol and calcium rinsing from organism. Absorption of calcium from milk is worse than for example from vegetables or nuts, because of worse proportion with other compounds needful to calcium absorption. In case of fermented dairy products (natural yogurts, kefirs, cottage cheese, cheese) they are recommended because contained in them bacteria have accomplished "the job" for our digestive system and these products have been already predigested before consumption. Additionally they contain "microbes", which are friendly for our intestinal flora, especially advised after antibiotic treatment.

Le lait de vache, comme son nom l’indique, est une alimentation pour les veaux (nécessaire par exemple à la croissance de leurs cornes ou de leurs sabots), et non pas destinée aux humains.
Le lait de vache est à base de caséine. Pour pouvoir digérer la caséine, nous avons besoin d’une enzyme, la rénine, qui n’est pas secrétée par l’organisme d’un adulte ; ce qui fait du lait un produit indigeste. Il en résulte donc une altération du bon fonctionnement de l’appareil digestif.
De plus, le lait de vache est allergène (la fraction ß-lactoglobuline étant la plus allergène), contient des graisses animales qui augmentent le cholestérol et empêche l’organisme d’absorber le calcium. Le calcium contenu dans le lait est beaucoup moins assimilé par l’organisme que le calcium contenu dans les légumes ou dans les noix par exemple, et ce, notamment par rapport aux autres composantes nécessaires à l’absorption du calcium qu’il ne détient qu’en faibles quantités.
Les autres produits laitiers fermentés (yaourts nature, képhir, fromage blanc, fromage) quant à eux, sont recommandés car leur consommation conduit à l’ingestion d’un grand nombre de bactéries vivantes qui exercent des effets bénéfiques sur notre système digestif.
De plus, ils contiennent des microbes aux vertus bénéfiques sur notre flore intestinale, ce qui les rend particulièrement conseillés après un traitement antibiotique.
