Please have your prescription bottle or detailed information in hand, including prescribing physician, medication name, dose and frequency. Please call well in advance of your medication running out and allow at least 48 hours for the refill to be called into the pharmacy. Requests for refills for medications not prescribed by our clinic should be directed to your primary care physician or the origional prescribing physician.
On-call nurses may authorize a select few emergency refills after hours or weekends, but will not authorize non-emergency refills or refills for narcotic pain medications. Refills for pain medications that we have prescribed can only be authorized by the ordering physician during normal clinic hours.
Test results:
All lab and X Ray results will be mailed to the patient home address on record. Please notify us if you have any changes in your mailing address to ensure you receive your results as quickly as possible. Depending on the type of tests being done, this may typically take 3 weeks for you to receive them in the mail. The physician or nurse will review the results before they are mailed to you.
If there is a test report that requires urgent attention, we will contact you by phone to discuss the result and our recommendations regarding the result.
