No discriminación

Therefore, they shall guarantee the reasonable minimum supply of drinking water and access to bathroom fittings, the corresponding accident protection, and the appropriate conditions of light and air.

Therefore, they shall at least comply with the legislation and provisions in force related to salaries and work schedules, including minimum wage, overtime, piecework, and other compensation basics. Moreover, they shall provide employees with all benefits stated by law. If the applicable legislation does not observe overtime payment, manufacturers shall at least regulate overtime payment as regular wage. Except under extraordinary commercial circumstances, employees shall not work more than the lesser of: (a) 48 hours a week and 12 extra hours, (b) the maximum work schedule and overtime permitted by local legislation, or (c) whenever local legislation does not limit the work schedule, the regular weekly working-shift of the country plus 12 extra hours. Moreover, all employees shall have the right to the minimum of one free day every seven-day working period, except under extraordinary commercial circumstances.
Whenever local industrial standards are greater than labour laws in force, we expect manufacturers to comply with such standards.
Environmental protection
All manufacturers shall comply with the applicable legislation and provisions relating to the environmental protection.
Other applicable legislation
All manufacturers shall comply with the legislation and provisions in force, including those related to manufacturing, pricing, sale and distribution of goods.

Manufacturers shall keep on their premises all the information needed to prove the compliance with this Code of Conduct.
Communications
Manufacturers shall take all necessary measures to ensure that the provisions of the Code of Conduct are communicated to all employees. This includes putting at every employee’s disposal a copy of this Code of Conduct in the local language.
