ولذلك نجد حجة الإسلام الغزالي في كتابه المستصفى
والإمام الشوكاني في إرشاد الفحول إلى علم الأصول
بيتكلوا عن حاجه إسمها المصلحة المستجمعة
يعنى أيه؟
إحنا أتفقنا كتير إن ديننا قائم على المصلحة
تحقيق مصالح الناس
أيه بقى المصلحة المستجمعة ؟
المصلحة المستجمعة ضرب لهيا الإمام الغزالي والإمام الشوكاني مثل
قالوا إن في حالة الحرب لو الأعداء أخذوا مجموعة من المسلمين كدرع بشري
أحنا نعمل أيه ؟
هل نسيبهم ولا نهاجمهم ؟
ولا نقوم بالهجوم ؟
فقالوا هنا هنعمل موازنة
لو أحنا هاجمناهم عدد القتلى منتظر يبقى قد أيه ؟
طيب لو أحنا ماهاجمناهمش وبالتالي هم هيهاجمونا عدد القتلى هيبقى قد أيه ؟
الحالة اللى فيها عدد القتلى هيبقى أقل
هي دي اللى هياخد بيها قائد المعركة المسلم
يعنى تقليل عدد القتلى بقدر المستطاع
حسب مبدء المصلحة المستجمعة في علم أصول الفقه
فيه مبدء عام من مبائ الإسلام العظيمة
" من قتل نفس بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنما قتل الناس جميعًا
ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعًا "
شوفوا كلام ربنا سبحانه وتعالى ؟
" قتل نفس " أي نفس
هنا الكلمة بدون الـ التعريف
طالما أن الكلمة جاءت نكرة فالنكرة تفيد الشمول
يعنى مش نفس معينة لا أي نفس
" بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنما قتل الناس جميعًا "
شايفين النفس البشرية عظيمة إزاي في الإسلام ؟
النفس البشرية أيًا كانت لها أحترامها
يعنى إحترام الحياة في الإسلام لا نظير له في كل الأديان الأخرى
يعنى أن كنت من كام يوم بأعيد القراءة في سفر التثنية في التوراة
وفي سفر يشوع
النبي اللى جاء بعد موسى عليه السلام وقاد بنى إسرائيل
لقيت حاجات غريبة جدًا
لقيت إنهم في حالة الحرب مأمورين
بقتل الجنود بقتل الأطفال بقتل النساء
بقلع الزرع والحرس
وفي كثير جدًا من الحروب مأمورين كمان بقتل الحيوانات
أنا يعنى الكلام دا موجود في التوارة الموجوده دلوقتي بين الناس ؟ أه موجود
الله أمال همه مابيتهموش اليهود ليه بالإرهاب زي ما بيتهموا الإسلام ؟!
دا القرآن من أوله لأخره وأحاديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم مافيهاش كلام زي ده
أقتلوا الأطفال والشيوخ
حتى الأطفال يقول لك أصل دول هيكبروا وهيحاربونا
المنطق ده موجود في سفر التثنية وفي سفر يشوع
الله أمال أيه الكلام اللى بيتقال ده؟!
بقى الإسلام هو اللى فيه إرهاب ؟!
دا النصوص أهي موجودة في التوراة
والممارسات كمان
طبعًا مش محتاجين أكلمكوا عن الممارسات أنتوا عارفينها كويس قوي
الإسلام بقى ماتجدش فيه لا آية ولا حديث بيأمر بمثل هذه الأشياء
بل الآيات بتؤكد على احترام الروح الإنسانية والنفس الإنسانية
" من قتل نفس بغير نفس " أي نفس
دا كمان مش كدا
" فكأنما قتل الناس جميعًا "
يعنى لو قتلت نفس واحدة كأنك قتلت الناس كلهم
المفسرين يعنى فكروا في الموضوع ده
قالوا طيب إزاي قتل نفس يبقى زي قتل الناس كلهم ؟
Translation - English In war times, Islam works on minimizing casualties as much as we can.
Even in war we are commanded to minimize casualties as much as we can.
The great scholar of Islam Al-ghazali in his book named "Almustasfa"
as well as the great scholar of Islam Al-shawkani in his book named "Ershad Alfohol Ela Elm Alossol"
they talk about something called "of all interest"
What does it mean?
We have agreed upon that our religion works on interests of all people
So, what does "of all interest" mean?
The great scholars of Islam Al-ghazali and Al-shawkani gave us an example for it
In case of war, what if our enemies kidnapped some Muslims as human shield
What we are supposed to do?
Should we leave them or attack them?
It's been said, we have to mange the situation.
How many casualties in case of attacking?
How many casualties in case on not attacking?
The fewest casualties will be considered in the attitude of the battle leader.
Which means minimizing casualties as much as we can?
In accordance with "of all interest" principle in the science of "Jurisprudence principles"
This includes one major principle of all.
"Whoever kills a soul, unless it would be for retaliation or because of spreading corruption on earth, it would be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoever saves a life, it would be as if he had saved the life of all mankind".
Can you see the words by Allah Almighty?
"Kills a soul" any soul
When we use "a" which is an indefinite article means we are talking in general
Not on a specific soul
"Unless it would be for retaliation or because of spreading corruption on earth, it would be as if he had killed all mankind"
Can you see the great position of a soul in Islam?
A soul any soul is respectable
Methodology of saving lives in Islam has no equivalent in other religions
A few days age, I was rereading Deuteronomy in Torah
And the Book of Joshua the prophet who came after the prophet Moses and led Bani Israel
I found very strange things
In case of war, they are commanded
To kill soldiers, children and women as well as ruining plants and crops
And in many cases they are commanded to kill even animals
This is in Torah which all people have?
Then, why don't they accuse Jews of terrorism as they accuse Islam?!
The Holy Qur'an and the traditions of the prophet Mohamed (PBUH) do not include
A single command to kill children or elderly
They say even children are going to grow up and fight us all
This concept is in Deuteronomy and the Book of Joshua
So, why they are saying that?
Are principles of Islam including terrorism?
Those texts are found in Torah
As well as their practices in real
There is no need to talk about their practices, you really know
There is no one single verse or Hadith commands us to do so
On the contrary, verses confirm respecting the soul of a human
"Whoever kills a soul, unless it would be for retaliation" any soul
It's not only to this extend but also
"It would be as if he had killed all mankind"
Which means if you kill a single soul, it will be as killing of all people
Muslims interpreters thought a lot about this issue
They wondered how killing one soul equals killing all people.

Introduction
In line with Gezira Travel Co ’s business strategy and to facilitate the smooth functioning of its operation , top management has approved the Organization Structure, and the same has been approved by the managing partners.
The approved organization structure shall be held in the custody of the Finance Department, and a copy of the same shall be provided to the GPS , Top Management and SBU Heads, upon request.
Organization Structure and Levels of Positions
The organization structure sets out the positions by designation, authorized for each department and business unit. Within the parameters of the approved organization structure, the manpower plan shall be set.
Amendments to the main organization structure of Gezira Travel Co , which sets the different divisions/departments, their levels and the levels of the positions attached to them, shall be recommended by the Director Human Capital in coordination with the Chief Tourism Services Manager, in concurrence with the GM and presented to the GPS for their ultimate approval.
In respect of amendments to the divisional organization structure the same shall be recommended by the respective Chief Officers, reviewed by the Director Human Capital in coordination with Chief Tourism Services Manager and submitted to the GM for approval and then to the GP for their concurrence and approval.

تماشياً مع إستراتيجية الاعمال لشركة الجزيرة للسياحة وتيسيراً لعملياتها فلقد وافقت الإدارة العليا وإدارة الشركاء على الهيكل التنظيمي.
يودع الهيكل التنظيمي لدى قسم الشؤون المالية، على ان تكون هناك نسخة من الهيكل التنظيمي يتم توفيرها، حال رغبتهم في ذلك، للشركاء المتضامنون GPs ورؤساء وحدة الاعمال الإستراتيجية SBU وإدارة عُليا.

وفيما يتعلق بتعديلات الهيكل التنظيمي للأقسام، تـُـوصى من رؤساء الأقسام وتــُراجع عن طريق مدير رأس المال البشري بالتنسيق مع رئيس ومديرالخدمات السياحية ثم تــُعرض على المدير العام للموافقة عليها ثم تــُعرض لللشركاء المتضامنون GPs للموافقة والتصديق عليها.
