Following my Bachelor in technical translation, I started out as freelance translator in 1998. To increase my skills and obtain vital knowledge regarding project management, I started working as project manager and in-house translator at a translation company in Munich, Germany. In those days, I managed a range of high-volume projects for well known companies and participated in a lot of projects as translator.
Having boosted my skills, I decided to enter the market again as freelancer in early 2003. Since then, I have built a solid customer base with satisfied clients.
Please find below an overview of the fields I've specialized in:
Software / Hardware / IT
Telecommunications
Engineering
Marketing / Business
Public Relations
Company White Papers.
As a rule, I only take on projects within my area of specialization.
