The drug sufentanil has the strongest effect among opioid narcotic analgesics. In addition, its analgesic time is longer and its respiratory depression function is weaker. Currently, there are very few domestic studies on intravenous target-controlled infusion of sufentanil in different doses combined with nitrogen monoxide inhalation anesthesia. For surgery requiring a continual infusion of an opioid drug with a longer function time, the greatest concern of the anesthesiologist is the respiratory depression caused by drug accumulation. It is the intention of this study to provide a reference for the clinical effectiveness and safety of administering sufentanil through observation of the hemodynamic status and the changes in recovery of postoperative spontaneous breathing and extubation time in target-controlled infusion sufentanil given in different doses combined with nitrogen monoxide inhalation anesthesia.
