Il marketing tradizionale si rivolge ad un pubblico indifferenziato sfruttando immagini e suoni accattivanti allo scopo di suscitare un'emozione capace di veicolare il messaggio promozionale legato al prodotto. Questo messaggio tuttavia colpisce, di media, una percentuale molto bassa di audience, di conseguenza il messaggio deve essere diffuso verso una platea molto ampia. Va da sé che questo comporta uno sforzo economico non trascurabile, proporzionale alla dimensione regionale del pubblico a cui ci si vuole rivolgere.
Il Web Marketing, al contrario, punta alla creazione e alla divulgazione di messaggi multimediali che esaltino maggiormente le caratteristiche specifiche del prodotto aumentandone la visibilità. Non solo, lo scopo primario del Web Marketing è la creazione di contenuti durevoli e di reale utilità, in grado di rispondere alle necessità del pubblico attraverso un linguaggio chiaro e una terminologia appropriata e di uso comune nel mercato di riferimento. Questo aspetto è fondamentale: gli utenti del web vanno a caccia di notizie e opinioni e sono ben disposti a spendere del tempo informandosi per operare una scelta mirata e consapevole.
Il fulcro del Web Marketing sono i motori di ricerca, uno fra tutti Google, il quale premia i siti web le cui pagine siano scritte con semplicità, ricche di informazioni e pertinenti all'argomento cercato dal navigatore. Attuare questi principi vuol dire perseguire il posizionamento organico attraverso le tecniche di Search Engine Optimization (SEO) e di Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Lo scopo ultimo del Web Marketing non è solo l'ideazione del messaggio promozionale ma anche la creazione dell'identità aziendale attraverso una gestione organica dei canali comunicativi e la presentazione dei contenuti con una veste grafica coordinata.
Translation - English Web Marketing differs from traditional marketing in several ways. Traditional marketing is aimed at a general audience; it exploits appealing images and sounds to arouse an emotion that conveys the promotional message associated with the product. This message, however, strikes, on average, a very small percentage of the audience, so the message must be disseminated as widely as possible. It goes without saying that this involves a considerable financial effort.
Web Marketing, by contrast, aims at creating and disseminating media messages that emphasize the more specific features of the product by increasing its visibility. Not only that, the primary purpose of Web Marketing is to create durable and useful content, able to respond effectively to the audience’s needs using plain language and common terminology. This is crucial: internet users hunt for news and opinions and are willing to spend their time inquiring to make a conscious and targeted choice.
Web marketing focuses on search engines, one among all, Google, which gives a higher ranking to websites whose pages are useful and clearly written, information-rich and relevant to the subject sought by the internet surfer. Implementing these principles means to pursue organic positioning through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tecniques. The ultimate goal of Web Marketing is not just the design of a promotional message but also the creation of a corporate identity through the organic management of communication channels and the presentation of coordinated graphics content.

The Parties represent and warrant that in contemplation of entering into this Agreement it has taken appropriate advice from the counsel of its choice concerning its obligation to comply with all laws and regulations in force from time to time which apply to the Parties hereto, the Client, or to the performance of the Services, and in particular the requirements of this Clause.
The Parties represent that they have familiarized themselves with and understands the business ethics statements defined by the relevant applicable Italian law (231/2001 and further amendments) and committ themselves to strictly adhere to the same with all personnel, subcontractors and agents to comply with the principles, requirements and standards of conduct contained therein.
If, as a consequence of the law 231/2001, a Party adopted a “code of ethics” this will be strictly applied and followed. In absence the Code of Ethics of the Consortium Leader will be adopted.

Le Parti dichiarano e garantiscono che nel prendere in considerazione la stipula del presente Accordo hanno ricevuto adeguata informazione dal proprio consulente concernente le obbligazioni per conformarsi alle leggi ed alla normativa tempo per tempo vigenti che si applicano alle Parti del presente Accordo, al Cliente, o all’esecuzione dei Servizi, e in particolare ai requisiti della presente Clausola.
Le Parti dichiarano di aver acquisito familiarità con e di comprendere l’etica professionale definita dalla inerente legge italiana applicabile (legge 231/2001 e successivi emendamenti) e si impegnano ad aderirvi rigorosamente con tutto il personale, subappaltatori e agenti in conformità con i principi, i requisiti e gli standard di comportamento ivi previsti.
Se, in seguito alla legge 231/2001, una Parte ha adottato un “codice etico” lo stesso verrà rigorosamente applicato e rispettato. In assenza verrà adottato il Codice Etico della società capogruppo.
