In addition to my law degrees from Paris I-La Sorbonne and Paris XII (European Business and Public Law, French Business Law, respectively), I am currently enrolled in the Certificate in Translation program at New York University (completion date: May 2013). I also have a Certificate in Grantmaking and Foundations from the N.Y.U. Heyman Center for Philanthropy.
After living and working 13 years in the U.S., I possess near-native fluency in English, and can incorporate the nuances of the English language into my French language translations. I am a skilled researcher, doing all necessary research prior to beginning each translation in order to obtain the exact term/terminology pertaining to each field. My objective is to deliver a beautifully crafted and accurate text in an elegant and smooth native French language while respecting the original meaning, style and register of the source document.
