I have always had a keen interest in both foreign languages and my own native tongue, English. I gained two years experience in translation while working within the language travel industry where my role included the translation of brochures and webpages containing information on locations, schools, accommodation and courses offered through the agency. I also have experience within the cash-in-transit, credit management and agricultural industries.

I hold a BA (Hons) Languages degree in which I gained a 2:1 with distinction. I have lived and studied in Latin America and France.

I have been working freelance full time since November 2007 and really enjoy the variety of work, and the attention to detail required. My portfolio includes travel & tourism, certificates & CVs, media & communication, business & commerce and technical manuals.

I am reliable and well-organised. I am also very happy working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
