To add a Home screen item
1. Press HOME, then touch and hold the screen.
2. When the Add to Home menu opens, select the item you want to add to the Home screen:
• Application. Add your favorite application icons on the Home screen for quick and easy launching. When you select this item, a list of applications installed on your device is displayed. Touch an application to add its icon to the Home screen.
Tip To quickly add an application shortcut to the Home screen, touch the Applications tab, then touch and hold an application icon. When the device vibrates, release the icon.
• Shortcut. Add shortcuts such as a favorite contact, a playlist, a bookmarked web page, or a folder. For more information on how to create folders, see “To create a folder and add items to it” in this chapter.
• Widget. Add a clock, a picture frame, or the Google search bar.
• Wallpaper. Change the Home screen wallpaper. For more information about customizing the wallpaper, refer to “To change the Home screen wallpaper” later in this chapter.
To move a Home screen item
1. Touch and hold the item on the screen to activate move mode.
Note When move mode is activated, the item magnifies and the device vibrates. The Application tab also turns into a Trash button ( ).
2. Without lifting your finger on the item, drag it to your desired position on the screen, then release it.
Note To move an item from the Home screen to an extended Home screen, touch and hold the item then drag it to the left or right edge of the screen until the display shifts to the extended Home screen. Position the item on the screen and then release it.

1. Tryck START, peka på och håll sidan.
2. När menyn Lägg till i Start öppnas, välj den funktion du vill lägga till på Startsidan:
• Program. Lägg till ikonerna för dina favoritprogram på Startsidan så att du snabbt och enkelt kan starta dessa. När du väljer denna funktion, visas en lista över de program som finns installerade på enheten. Peka på ett program och lägg till ikonen på Startsidan.
Tips För att snabbt lägga till en programgenväg på Startsidan, peka på Program-fliken, peka på och håll nere programikonen. Släpp ikonen, när enheten vibrerar.
• Genväg. Lägg till genvägar t.ex. en favoritkontakt, en spellista, en webbsida med bokmärken eller en mapp. För mer information om hur du skapar mappar, se “Hur du skapar en mapp och lägger till objekt i mappen” i detta kapitel.
• Widget. Lägg till en klocka, en bildram, eller Googles sökfält.
• Bakgrund. Ändra Startsidans bakgrund. För mer information om hur du anpassar bakgrunden, se “Hur du ändrar Startsidans bakgrund” i detta kapitel.
Att flytta ett objekt från Startsidan
1. Peka på och håll nere ett objekt på Startsidan för att aktivera flyttläget.
Obse När flyttläget har aktiverats, förstoras objektet och enheten vibrerar. Program-fliken förvandlas till en borrtagningsknapp ( ).
2. Utan att lyfta fingret drar du objektet till önskat läge på skärmen. Därefter släpper du det.
Obs För att flytta ett objekt från Startsidan till en utökad Startsida, pekar du på objektet och håller det medan du drar det till höger eller vänster kant på skärmen tills visningsläget skiftar till utökad Startsida. Positionera objektet på sidan och släpp det.

I have worked as a localiser for Microsoft in Dublin for several years, which means that I am very familiar with the MS terminology.
I have also worked for Enator, a consultant agency, doing translation work and writing user manuals.
I have worked with Ericsson both as a project manager and producing/updating technical user manuals for the telecom industry, which means I know the telecom/GMS terminology well.
Lately, when working as a freelancer, I have done translation work for the Swedish authorities and government offices as well. I do not only do technical transaltions but also translations within the field of social science/international politics.
On the technical side, I have translated both IT-related documentation and s/w as well as large industrial manuals, both from English into Swedish and from German into Swedish. The industrial manuals have included machines such as roller mills, dozers, fork lifts etc.
