I have been working for more than 15 years as a freelance translator and have extensive experience in various sectors. Whereas I am translating throughout my whole career I also often do project management for international business cooperation and cultural exchange programs 

 I wish as an example to refer to my previous role as Regional Sales Manager Greater China for the Berlin based software company Model Engineering Solutions. In this position I have not only set up a regional branch in Shanghai but also was in charge for the key account management of our Chinese clients, namely all big Chinese automotive companies. I was also translating our web content and technical presentations from Chinese to German for them, working in the field of model based software development providing solutions for the automation and automotive sector. 

 I was also creting marketing strategies for the Chinese market. I gained thereby also good knowledge of editing SEO content and in adoption of Social media communication on several platforms. I would be as passionate about contiuing this marketing editing jobs as much as I am enjoying "pure" translations.
