Source text - English Using Objects
One of the most useful EASE 4.1 features is the ability to group together a number of items (Vertices, Faces, Edges, Speakers, etc.) into a single item or Object as its called by the program. Objects can be created from items of different types and can then be duplicated, moved and saved as a single item.
Let's start our investigation of Objects by creating a new project. This time we'll use the Desktop Icons and Prototypes to quickly create a new model. From the opening window, double click on Start Working, then select Create Project and Church(A). We'll call our new project Church2 and put it in the Tutorial folder. When the Project Options screen opens insert Tutorial in the Hall field and Church2 in the Project File Name field and then click on Create.
Our model will be similar to the prototype Church(A), except for having a height of 40', width of 60', length of 120' and five 2' by 1' rafters on 20' centers. When the Prototype screens open, change the dimensions to show a total Height of 40 feet, Breadth (width) of 60 feet and Length of 103.6 feet (the stage is 16.4 feet deep). Hit Apply and then OK. Then return to the Main window and go to Room Info/Data under the View pull down menu; enter Church2 in the Project Version field and OK.
Then open the Edit Project module. See how quick and easy it is to build a working model.

Одной из наиболее полезных функций EASE 4.1 является возможность группирования целого ряда элементов (Вертикалей, Поверхностей, Граней, Динамиков, и т.д.) в единый элемент или, как он именуется в программе, Объект. Объекты могут быть созданы из элементов различных типов и далее могут быть дублированы, перемещены и сохранены как единый элемент.
Давайте начнем наше исследование Объектов с создания нового проекта. В этот раз мы будем использовать иконки рабочего стола и Прототипы, чтобы быстро создать новую модель. В открывающемся окне, дважды щелкните по Начать работу, затем выберите Создать проект и Церковь (А). Мы назовем наш новый проект Церковь 2 и поместим его в папку Руководство. При открытом экране Опции Проекта вставьте Руководство в поле Холл и Церковь 2 в поле Название файла проекта и затем нажмите Создать.
