Source text - Arabic يرى رجال التربية أن تنمية القدرة على الفهم لما هو مسموع ومقروء من اللغة و اكتساب القدرة على استعمال اللغة كلاماً وكتابةً بوضوحٍ ودِقَةٍ كافيين لفهم المعاني المقصودة سواء من المتكلم أو الكاتب، والعمل على إثراء اللغة وإنشاء معاني جديدة وتنمية القدرة على اكتشاف المعاني الغامضة، وتنطيم العلاقات القائمة بين المعاني وما يتبعها من إصدار أحكام واستنتاجات، هي الأهداف المرجوة من تعليم أي لغة من اللغات سواء أكانت اللغة الأم أم كانت اللغة الثانية أو الأجنبية.
Translation - English Educationalists believe that the objectives of learning any language, whether the mother tongue or a second language, are developing the ability to understand the audible and written language, acquire the capability of using spoken and written skills to get the thoughts and ideas across, enriching the linguistic vocabulary, establishing new meaning, figuring out the ambiguous meanings, beside organizing the relationships between the meaning and the consequent decision-taking and conclusions.
