I have been working as a translator in marketing and IT since 2002. In May 2025, I co-founded the Open Language Initiative. 

I'm Tanya Quintieri, President at OLI, an organisation deeply committed to connecting through words and uniting beyond borders. We aim to amplify the voices of organisations that serve in critical areas, supported by our dedicated non-profit work. This includes providing free translation services for initiatives in humanitarian aid, international development, environmental conservation, refugee assistance, healthcare, education, women's empowerment, children's welfare, societal advancement, conflict resolution, and the promotion of thought and opinion. 

With over two decades as a multipreneur in the language services industry, my expertise is extensive. My personal journey, shaped by German, Lithuanian, Puerto Rican, and US heritage, has made me inherently multicultural—a quality that perfectly aligns with OLI's global vision. 

I lead OLI's operational excellence, human resources, and marketing efforts, ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise to clients worldwide. A key part of my role involves supporting OLI's Elevate team, which oversees our dedicated training and community platform that gives back to our incredible volunteers through workshops, discussion spaces, events, and courses. 

Outside of work, I dream of one day mastering Corsican.
