1.2Gestion de risques
Afin de maximiser les bénéfices et s’adresser aux défis moyennant la gestion de risques, le sponsor du projet va:
a.Décider quel niveau de réalisation ou des résultats sera acceptable et les traduire en objectifs mesurables
b.Chercher et mettre en œuvre les changements de marketing, la culture et la récolte de jatropha, et traiter les opérations si nécessaire
c.Développer des accords de stocks d’alimentation avec les cultivateurs (intégration en amont) et accord d’approvisionnement avec les raffineries (intégration en aval)
d.Assurer des opérations de gestion, de plantation et de processus, le staff bénéficie de formation continue et développement de compétences
e.Maintenir l’affiliation avec les associations et organisations industrielles
f.Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie agressive de communication et de promotion
g.Développer des plans de contingence et de référence et évaluer les performances périodiquement.

1.2Risk Management
In order to maximize benefits and address challenges through Risk Management, the project sponsor will:
a.Decide what level of achievement or results will be acceptable and translate them into measurable targets
b.Research and implement changes in marketing, growing and harvesting jatropha, and process operations as
required
c.Develop feedstock agreements with growers (backward integration) and a supplier agreement with refineries
(forward integration)
d.Ensure management, plantation and process operations staff receive ongoing training and skills development
e.Maintain membership in industry organizations and associations
f.Develop and implement an aggressive communications and promotion strategy
g.Develop contingency plans and benchmark and evaluate performance at regular intervals.

Dear sir,
I am bachelor of arts in English and Italian languages. My mother tongue is Arabic and I do have a quite perfect control over French. I worked as English/French/Arabic translator/interpreter at ArcelorMittal Algeria for 11 years, the period during which I took part as translator/interpreter at nine seminars that were held worldwide in the subsidiaries of ArcelorMittal group in Germany, Romania, USA, Poland, Netherlands, Spain and Brazil. I then on to the communication department at same company which over a short period managed to become its head. I edit and publish local newspaper in English/French/Arabic languages in topics that deal with safety &health, marketing, procurement, technical topics, human resources...etc.
