Translation - English The Arab world's historical heritage conceals a hidden treasure some 75 to 110 m deep in the territorial sea of Lebanon: the wreck of a British ship, the HMS Victoria. The ship was discovered in August 2004 by Christian Francis, a Lebanese-Austrian professional diver. The fabulous story of this ship, forgotten at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, deserves to be told.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
The vast majority of leaking water retaining (or excluding) structures constructed of sound dense concrete, leak only at construction or day work joints. Costly remedial work can be avoided by the use of MS 01 as a dry shake onto the horizontal surfaces of joints or as a slurry application on vertical surfaces.
In conditions of high water table MS 01 may be applied as a slurry or dry shake over blinding concrete immediately prior to casting the slab. This sandwich system will prevent ingress of ground water preventing deterioration, and dampness or flooding. Foundations should be treated on the external face wherever possible, as should the face of construction joints.
MS 01 can be applied immediately after the formwork has been removed, as the water curing process required for MS 01 will also ensure full hydration of the concrete.
If the treatment is to be exposed and an aesthetically pleasing finish is required, the MS 01 after curing, should receive a sand/cement render on which to apply the desired finish.

La grande majorité des structures de rétention (ou de répulsion) d’eau saines en béton ne présentent des fuites qu’aux joints de construction ou d’ajouts journaliers. Des réparations coûteuses peuvent ainsi être évitées en utilisant MS 01 sous forme de saupoudrage sec sur les surfaces horizontales des joints ou sous forme de bouillie enduites aux surfaces verticales.
Lorsque des nappes d’eau se situent près de la surface du sol, MS 01 peut être appliqué sous forme de bouillie ou de saupoudrage sec au béton de propreté, immédiatement avant de couler la dalle. Ce système en sandwich empêchera l’infiltration d’eaux souterraines et évitera la détérioration et l’humidité ou encore une inondation. Les fondations, tout comme les joints de construction, doivent être traitées sur la face externe lorsque ceci est permis.
MS 01 peut être rajouté immédiatement après le retrait du coffrage, car le procédé de durcissement à l’eau requis pour MS 01 garantit également une hydratation complète du béton.
Si le revêtement doit être exposé et qu’une belle finition est souhaitée, alors MS 01 devrait recevoir un enduit de sable/ciment sur lequel la finition sera faite après le durcissement de la dalle.

Source text - English The term magnetism comes from the Latin word "magnes" which means magnet. Magnes also refers to Aether, considered the spiritual and cosmic magnetism of the universe.
Authors and mystics of all times have spoken about the ability that man possesses to transmit vital energy to beings or substances. In the ruins of the temple of Thebes, archaeologists found a papyrus on which was written: "Lay your hand on the pain, and ask the pain to go". In his Treaty of the Mysteries of Egypt, Jamblique writes that in Egypt, priests laid hands on the sick and that they soon fell in a sort of sleep. We will later explain why magnetism and the laying on of hands often results in a certain drowsiness of the subject.

They can also convey informative about forthcoming cultural events, rolling as a graphical ‘ticker-tape’ around the edge of the building. In addition to these LED screens, linear lighting provides an outline around the top of the building and along the edges of its triangular corner entrance.
