Source text - English قرار اللجنة الابتدائية بأنه ليس للمدعي حق الطعن في كتاب الإبراء وفقاً للفقرة (7( منه أيضاً جانبه الصواب لكون الفقرة المذكورة نصت بوضوح أنه في حالة طعن المدعي في نفاذ كتاب الإبراء، فإنه يوافق على إعادة جميع المبالغ المستلمة من قبله إلى المبرأة ذمتهم ويتضح من هذا النص على أنه يحق للمدعي الطعن في كتاب الإبراء حتى بعد فوات الأيام السبعة التالية من التوقيع عليها مما يثبت معه أن هذا التنازل غير نهائي وقابل للرجوع عنه إلا أن اللجنة الابتدائية الموقرة قد فاتها المعنى الصحيح لتلك الفقرة.
Translation - Arabic The decision of the Primary Committee that Plaintiff is not entitled to challenge the letter of discharge as per paragraph 7 thereof is also far from being correct as this paragraph indicate clearly that should the Plaintiff challenge the validity of the letter of discharge, he would have to return all the sums he had received to those whose liability has been discharged. Such provision makes it clear that the Plaintiff is entitled to challenge the letter of discharge even after the lapse of the seven days following the signature date, which means such waiver is not final and is revocable. However, the esteemed Primary Committee has overseen the correct meaning of that paragraph.
