Foundations have traditionally focused on doing good by providing funding to worthy social enterprises. Instead, foundations should set the higher goal of creating social value. A foundation creates social value when it generates greater social benefit for comparable cost, or achieves an equivalent social benefit with fewer dollars. Foundations create value in four ways: selecting better grantees, signaling other funders, improving the performance of grantees, and improving knowledge about social problems. To create value, a foundation must devise a strategy that commits to the goal of superior performance, develops a unique area of focus and approach, aligns operations to the strategy, and defines concrete goals in its chosen fields to serve as the basis of evaluation. Many foundations have failed to approach philanthropy strategically, and thus have unrealized potential
Translation - Arabic تركز المؤسسات الخيرية بشكل تقليدي على عمل الخير عن طريق تمويل المشاريع الاجتماعية القيمة. إن المؤسسات الخيرية بدلاً عن قيامها بوضع أهداف عليا لإنشاء قيم اجتماعية، فإنها تنشئ قيم اجتماعية عندما تنشئ مزايا اجتماعية أكبر بأقل تكلفة. تنشئ المؤسسات الخيرية قيم بأربعة طرق هي: اختيار مانحين أفضل - إشعار مؤسسات التمويل الأخرى - تحسين اداء المانحين - تحسين مستوى معرفة المشاكل الاجتماعية. ومن أجل إنشاء قيمة يكون على المؤسسة الخيرية أن تعد إستراتيجية تقود إلى تنفيذ اهداف الأداء المتميز وإعداد مجال تركيز ومنهج متفرد والعمل على مطابقة العمليات مع الاستراتيجية وتحديد أهداف صلبة في مجالاتها المختارة لكي تعمل كأسس للتقييم. إن العديد من المؤسسات الخيرية فشلت في التوجيه الاستراتيجي للعمل الخيري ولذا فإن جهودها باءت بالفشل.

Source text - Arabic اهتمت الرسالة بإبراز معالم التربية القرآنية من خلال سور جزء عم ، حيث تم استقراء جميع الآيات في جزء عم وتصنيفها على جوانب التربية المختلفة ، وهي التربية الإعتقادية ، والتربية الروحية ، والتربية الفكرية، والتربة الأخلاقية، والتربية الفكرية، والتربية الجسمية، وأخيراً التربية الاجتماعية، وفي كل جانب من هذه الجوانب تم حصر الآيات الدالة عليه مع استجلاء للمعاني والفوائد والآثار التربوية من تلك الآيات. وقد تمثل هذا العمل في الفصل الرابع من الرسالة .
أما الفصل الأول منها فقد خُصص كمدخل للرسالة ، يوضح مشكلة البحث وتساؤلاته وأهدافه ومصطلحاته. بينما تطرق الفصل الثاني إلى استعراض لأهم الدراسات السابقة في نفس موضوع البحث، وتركز الفصل الثالث على توضيح الإطار النظري للدراسة والذي شمل بيان خصائص وأهداف وأسس وأساليب ومصادر التربية الإسلامية.
واختتمت الرسالة ببيان لأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث، وكان ذلك في خاتمة البحث.
والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات.
Translation - English The Summary of the Thesis
The thesis concerned about emerging the features of the Qura'an education through the verses of "Juzua Amma" (It is the 30th part of the Qura'an), whereas all the verses of Juza Amma has been read and categorized on the different educational aspects, such as belief , spiritual, intellectual, moral, physical education and finally the social education. In each of those aspects the proven verses gathered with clear explanation of the meanings, benefits and the educational effects arising from those verses, this work is represented in the fourth chapter of the thesis.
However the first chapter of this thesis is dedicated for the entryway of the thesis, it is explaining the thesis question, its inquiries, objectives and terminologies. However the second chapter touched the reviewing of the most previous studies in the same subject of the research. The third chapter focused on explaining the theoretical framework for the research which included the declaration of the features, objectives, bases techniques and sources of the Islamic education.
The thesis concluded by a declaration of the most important results achieved by the researcher, and that was in the conclusion of the research.
Praise be to Allah who guides us by his blessing towards completing the right deeds.
